“The only reason it's 4 stars is because my order got lost in the mail. The customer service department was more than nice, and got a replacement order in the mail immediately. The original order finally arrived, totally beat up, with a sticker saying it had been delivered to the wrong address and I should notify the sender of my correct address, which was clearly on the shipping label! All of this required numerous e-mails back and forth. Every communication was helpful and courteous. I will be back. Next time, I will order when my second-to-last roll goes in the ATG gun! (oops, dispenser) I had no idea I could go through a roll so fast, but I was using it for giftwrapping as well as paper crafting. On second thought, the problem lay with the post office, so Tape Depot gets a 6!”

“The price is great but it can be confusing when loading. I have used it on many projects and it has held up great. I gave it four stars because of the confusion when loading. I am sure that I loaded it right but half way through a roll it stopped working and i had to reload it in the opposite direction for it to work again. like it was done wrong on the tape. I have only had it happen 1 time but I have several rolls I haven't touched.”
