“A good experience I've seen those bad reviews about this website. And yes, I had my suspicions when I placed the order, thought about contacting them for the cancellation. But everything went through so great and the product is perfect! My BOSE headphones are probably the best product I purchased online, not mention the parcel came in a week, 5 working days, faster than 6-8 business days they said on the website. Although the address they put on the website is in Hong Kong (made me wondered if they are selling fake copies) but the parcel I received clearly had a UK address on it, so I'm not worrying about the after-sale service, maybe they are related to another country r what, but at least they are being honest. I'm planning to buy more items for the upcoming holiday season, and I'm expecting they are as good as this purchase!!”

“Competitive price Have been purchasing many products from this website, will also continue to do so due to the tempting prices. At first I was a bit worried since the tracking number I received shows no result, but then realized that it is sent to me because the seller wanted to provide the information to us as soon as possible. For those who suffer the same situation as me, the tracking number will become alive eventually, please do not worry.”

“Great service. The prices were very good and the delivery was 2 - 5 days as stated. They both arrived 4 days after ordering. Although there is not a number to call, response on email and facebook was very good.”

“After reading a review, I decided to order and follow everyone’s advice. Order, WAIT a couple of days for the tracking number to become active as I think they raise the tracking number ready for it arriving in the UK. Once it arrived in the uk west area, next day it was transferred to a local one near me and 7:50am following day RoyalMail knocks with the iPad. I didn’t feel like I was being scammed, if you read their website it states the time scale. Negative reviews are from anxious people scared they are being ripped off! Order, pay with PayPal so your covered then sit back and wait for the item to arrive (6 business days mine took). I’ve also ordered one from ‘onbuy’ before this order went in and this arrived first, I’m still waiting for ‘onbuy’ to arrive- however that’s with UK Royal Mail now. The iPad is all sealed so as it’s a Christmas pressie I don’t want to take the seal off, but it came with a small ‘ugly looking grey travel plug in the bag as I’ve read they don’t come with a UK plug. I have a white plug as we use USB sockets so this isn’t a problem. Maybe if someone wanted the original white plug then it may be a problem as the extra replacement is ugly! Weigh up the price of a new plug if you were to buy Against the difference you will save from buying from these guys and you may not even be saving that much. If your not fussed about the ugly plug or have a space plug at home then go save yourself a few quid! Happy saving - happy shopping! :)”

“A different voice My shopping experience from this website is quite different from most of the customers you can see on this page. First, my parcel was delivered within the 6-8 business days they are advertising on their website, actually, it was faster, and I didn't even purchase the rush delivery. Second, I have been receiving notification letters from them from the moment I placed, I think this shows their care towards their customers. Also, although I was told that the Samsung A51 is an international version, it works perfectly and I'm quite satisfied with it. For those who are still considering, I would suggest not hesitate anymore, I do not regret buying from this website for even a second.”

“Genuine product, really fast delivery Don't understand why so many reviews are complaining about fake products. Well, maybe it's from other competitors trying to attack them, I'm not sure but I personally had a fascinating experience. The iPad I ordered performs perfectly, I registered the product on Apple's website and the warranty is without a doubt valid. Also, I made the purchase early this year, in July. Not expected it to come so fast since those complaints about late deliveries online, but somehow I receive the parcel in less than a week! And the price was so good, that is truly impressive! Not able to make many purchases since digital products are expensive, but I will still choose Techinthebasket next time.”

“I was after a set of Sony WH-1000XM4 that only Techinthebasket had on at an amazing price compared to all other shops/websites. I did read other mix reviewed and after weighing up the Pro's & Con's I decided it was worth the risk. Honestly the whole process was hassle free with the headphones arriving within days of ordering. They were a Birthday gift. All I've heard back is how amazing the headphones are! Totally satisfied.”

“I bought the Apple I watch 6 for my daughters 16th birthday. She’s impressed with the watch just as I am with pricelulu. The watch was £60 cheaper than anywhere else on the market, and it’s real, and it came within the the delivery time scale.. would definitely recommend pricelulu..”
