“I ordered during the black Friday peak and Covid weirdness, so had to wait for my purchased product for a period of time. But techinthebasket communicated with me and got it sent out to me as soon as they could.”

“good service It looks like their reviews are bad, but I think it's because people are impatient these days. I for one have a good purchase with this seller, the customer service was nice to me and eased my concerns. If I have to say anything, the shipping time it not good, but how could you ask for more? The price is already great.”

“When I placed the order I was concerned about the fact that their address shows in Hong Kong. I sent a few messages to techinthebasket and the CS team was kind and patient, they gave me appropriate explanations which relieved my worries. Indeed, the watch I ordered is not the UK ver so the Samsung pay does not work on it, but everything else is all so perfect, and the price is really good!”

“Will recommend My shopping experience in Technithebasket is not bad. The parcel was received within the advertised shipping time, the iPad was brand new and came safe and sound (I was worried they might send me a fake or used product). Not the best choice for the people in a hurry but it was a good deal... I have recommended to my friends, some of them tried this website and turned out to be great as well.”

“Great service. The prices were very good and the delivery was 6 - 8 days as stated. They both arrived 5 days after ordering. Although there is not a number to call, response on email and facebook was very good. I did received an email after a few days to let me know it was on the way and also tracking number for Royal Mail so I could see where it was. I note some reviews have said they are a scam, I have found the opposite. They were very good and exactly what you'd expect. I got a Apple watch and some Airpod pros. Both were new, exactly as they should be. I would recommend.”

“Brought an Apple ipad 8th Generation. Got emails and tracking number but tracking number did not work but was easy to contact Techinthebasket through mails and Facebook. Received item earlier than expected. A great product at a great price! Would definitely recommend!”

“Came faster than I expected I read the reviews mention that it takes over a month after making the purchase. Regreted it for a while and thought about contacting for the cancellation because it was the time of COVID-19. However, they proved me wrong, the parcel came within a week. No need to mentioned that the iPad is perfect, although it is from Apple so it is not related to this website but I'm sure they are selling the real product. The price is good, the quality of the product is good and also the delivery time, will come back without a doubt. A small advice, I did not choose the rush delivery because it only shortens 2 days of the delivery time, maybe Techinthebasket should develop a next day delivery service, it will definitely help your business.”

“They respond to my emails really fast and the product is perfect! Made a mistake and forgot to put in my house number when I placed the order, contacted their customer service and they always replied within a few hours. And the service provided was really good, the team is thoughtful and double-checked the updated address with me. Apart from that, they followed my shipment and provided the tracking link to me without me even asking for it, saved me from trying to track the parcel endlessly repeatedly and unnecessarily. I just want to give a big compliment to their service quality! As for the product, many people are complaining but I don't understand them, it works really good and I'm like the iPad I purchased so much!”

“Faster than I expected, good stuff Placed an order early this year during the COVID-19, they say their delivery time is 6-8 business days but I imagined that it should be delayed in the situation. However, it did not!!! I ended up receiving the parcel in about 5 days!!! Seeing so many reviews complaining about the delivery time, I just have to share my experience, which is totally good and without any issue. The price is good, the quality is good and also the delivery time, though it's only my experience, you can choose to believe it or not. But I think if you are not in a hurry and you give it a shot, you will not regret it.”

“Will without a doubt recommend this website to my friends. Purchased a few devices from this seller, not the fastest deliveries but they are all good experiences. The couriers always do not have my parcels which proves that they are lying (we all have been there), but the customer service team is professional and tells me on which state my orders are. The products, I cannot talk about it enough but I just want to bring that that I purchased a bose qc35 ii for my husband who loves video games, he really loves it, surely about 100 GBP cheaper seems too good to be true, but I have contacted bose and they confirmed the validation of warranty and helped me register it on their official website, don't worry. Also, they value the old customers, I'm actually writing this because one of the members reach to me and provide a coupon code for a good deal by reviewing my shopping experiences.”
