“They are not fake products The delivery is not fast, but the product is real and good (I purchased an iPad), also the customer replies fast and kind. There are so many complaints about the tracking number here, but I just waited and someday the number became valid. If you are in a hurry, maybe try to go to a local store instead of ordering for a better price but have so little patience...”

“After reading some of the reviews I was concerned ordering an Apple Watch , however I shouldn’t have worried. I received a confirmation email after placing my order. On shipping I received a further email with a link to track my delivery with Royal mail. After a few days I recontacted them as the tracking page hadn’t been updated but received a response immediately with a delivery update. My item arrived via Royal Mail brand new in sealed original packaging. The delivery may have taken slightly longer than originally expected but I have no issues what so ever with this purchase and would use them again”

“When I placed the order I was concerned about the fact that their address shows in Hong Kong. I sent a few messages to techinthebasket and the CS team was kind and patient, they gave me appropriate explanations which relieved my worries. Indeed, the watch I ordered is not the UK ver so the Samsung pay does not work on it, but everything else is all so perfect, and the price is really good!”

“I ordered an Apple Watch 5 for a quite cheap price on TechInTheBasket, but read some feedbacks which are mostly good. So after three days I got the package and the Watch. It had an plug for some Asian country, but was in all other aspects perfect!”

“I just got my airpods, i ordered them on 17th, and they came today. I checked everything on Apple’s application for serial number, and it showed that it is real they just needed to confirm when did i buy them! I checked the font of the boxes, outside and inside. I checked the charging case as well as the airpods themselves a lot of time, and they are real.”

“Will recommend My shopping experience in Technithebasket is not bad. The parcel was received within the advertised shipping time, the iPad was brand new and came safe and sound (I was worried they might send me a fake or used product). Not the best choice for the people in a hurry but it was a good deal... I have recommended to my friends, some of them tried this website and turned out to be great as well.”

“Overall very satisfied. Second iPad ordered from this firm and the latest order arrived OK though unfortunately with an incorrect power adapter. However on request a correct adapter has, with slight delay ( owing to COVID 19 ), now been received. I believe this firm tries hard to satisfy customers and no doubt in the present climate of severe restrictions difficulties may arise from time to time.”
