“Despite paying for next day delivery my items, they were never delivered. The t shirts were registered as in stock on the website. This has caused considerable inconvenience as the t shirts were ordered for a specific event (Taylor Swift concert) where outfits for myself and my daughter were centered around the t shirt. I contacted the company who have said they will refund me for the cost of the items, but there was no compensation given for the inconvenience caused for me, where I had to rush around and buy alternatives at the last minute.”
“Fantastic customer service. Delivery was really quick. Slight problem with one of the items received, my email was answered very quickly and a replacement was sent out straight away and told to keep hold of the item sent in error. Would definitively use again. Can not fault them.”
