“I adore Teemils tshirts and hoodies. I've brought many. And their customer service is exceptional. Unlike many other brands If you need something sorting with your order eg returns or exchanges etc they are amazingly efficient and lovely friendly people to deal with. And on top of all that they care hugely about recycling, saving water, pollution, carbon footprints..... What's not to like? Rapanui/Teemill are great.”
“Teemill are amazing. I have honestly never had such amazing customer service. I emailed as thought there was a problem with my order. Emily dealt with the problem within hours on the same day. Turns out it was my mistake and again Emily got straight back to me and didn't make me feel bad for making a mistake. They always think about the customer, their products are great quality, they are good for skin as natural (they were only tops I could wear this year after a terrible flare of eczema) and when the product is worn out you can send back for recycling which supports sustainability and get a discount off your next order.
