Having input a code to get free postage, it didn't work and I got charged. However, Emily from Temill arranged for the refund immediately without any issue. Great service.

We ordered a quarter zip fleece and a hat recently. We contacted Teemill when our parcel did not show up. Both Emily and Helen were awesome, responded quickly to our questions and arranged for a replacement order to be sent. It turned out the order was held up in customs and we had to pay an additional customs charge to get the parcel. Helen investigated and arranged to refund the custom charge. Awesome service!

Emily helped me continuously (multiple weeks) as I tried to get the right size for a gift hoodie. Always prompt, always polite, and it felt like she was really going out of her way to make the customer experience a positive one. Thanks Emily!

Had an issue with my order that got lost in transit - this was down to the couriers, NOT TeeMill. Contacted the Community Experience Team and received a very rapid response from Lydia. She was very sympathetic and organized a replacement ASAP. This subsequently arrived with no issues. Problems arise - it is how they are resolved that is important and in this respect Lydia and TeeMill were superb. Also very happy with the items I ordered which were of great quality - Thanks!

Very good service when a parcel is lost in translation lol! I received half of my order after a week but then nothing, the parcel is marked as in transit and we don’t know where is it exactly but Teemil is very efficient on the matter! They just sent an email asking me if I wanted a full refund or the parcel missing resent! I’ve accepted to have the second half resent as I received half it would not be fair to receive a full refund and they just sent the new order today! I really love when problems and friction are solved as fast as easily! Thank you Isobel and thank you Teemil for your organic and ethic quality services! Teemil is a service that can be trusted 💯 from the cotton to the delivery we love that 🫶🏽

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with my order, and the support team responded quickly and professionally. They arranged a replacement without hesitation and ensured everything was handled smoothly. Really impressed with the level of care and efficiency - Without going into detail they really ensured that this issue was address quickly and made sure I was looked after :) highly recommend!
