“Ordered some marine charity t shirts fulfilled by teemill. Screen printing and quality of garment was the worst I’ve seen - worse than random tiny eBay sellers. I’ve dealt with a lot of screen printers directly and this stuff was really poor.”
“Despite paying for next day delivery my items, they were never delivered. The t shirts were registered as in stock on the website. This has caused considerable inconvenience as the t shirts were ordered for a specific event (Taylor Swift concert) where outfits for myself and my daughter were centered around the t shirt. I contacted the company who have said they will refund me for the cost of the items, but there was no compensation given for the inconvenience caused for me, where I had to rush around and buy alternatives at the last minute.”
“Awful service, ordered on the 14th, estimated delivery 19th, chased on the 23rd, and replied on the 24th saying it would be shipped shortly. They then proceeded to cancel my order and issued a refund on the 25th.
Their emails are also incomprehensible so I have no idea why their service was so awful, see the image (IPhone using mail).
Real shame as I like the product and have ordered before.
I am sure there is a reason, however they can’t convey that to their customers as their CRM system is inadequate. I also left my number but no call, and of course there is no number to call them.
Best wishes and Good luck, I think you may need it.”
“Very very disappointed, happy to take your money and quick delivery but that’s where it ends, complete lack of communication and very poor customer service, it could have been so simple, will never buy from again which is a shame because the charities I purchased through will suffer.”
“AVOID AVOID AVOID! Worst experience. Following a traumatic year after my father’s death from COVID & being debilitated by Long COVID I set up a Teemill store. They charge £10 a month for a web store which I paid in good faith. Loads of my products and bundles were deleted from my site while I continued to promote them not knowing these were in fact unavailable for sale. No refunds & £70 down in subscriptions and obtuse customer service refusing to acknowledge any fault in their software. This does not seem to be secure and the largest profits will go to Teemill - ostensibly a green and “caring” label that originated as Ranapui.”
“If I was able to provide 0 stars I would do do. So I wanted to use this company because I initially thought it was an innovative and sustainable option to start a shop/ online retail for sustainably sourced and produced clothing.
However I have to find their services very disappointing. Firstly I ordered some samples to help with marketing for my store and get a feel for the quality.
I was very disappointed with what arrived, they have NO indicators for quality when creating your store and just repeat marketing quotes like 'hope you like out softness and quality', what I received in reality was a thin piece of fabric with my print feeling like rough sand paper. This is far from a sustainable option, the lightweight feel which was practically transparent would be less likely to last or withstand long-wear.
I by no means want to contribute to the disposability of garments that is a huge problem in the world in general. My experience was expensive and disappointing and so I decided to write this review in order to aid someone. Information I would have definitely valued before purchasing from them.”
“Had four shirts printed from photos one turned out so dark you cant see the image, the second one was a bright digital photo and the print turned out looking like it was printed with the printer ink running out, blacks were greens the bright pink was a dirty dull dark colour. third design was on two different sized shirts the Large turn out fine for the Small for some reason they placed the image lower so if you tuck the shirt in the text and design is then covered. Emailed them and was basically told they wount re print it or give me a refund, their terms of service absolve them of responsibility of the images turned out nothing like the photo , shocked by their service. whats the point of getting product printed if your going to expect the turning out totally different from the original image. I understand some colour variation but this is a joke, only good enough to put in the bin.”
