“Emily from Teemill was great - super helpful, instantly responsive, and sorted out my issue really quickly. My only negative comment would be that Very British Problems makes it very hard for customers to contact them if something goes wrong, and if they give you the wrong order number - which is what happened to me. I really had to dig around to find a way to get in touch with them.”
“The Community Experience team were excellent in assisting me when I had an issue with some t-shirts that I had received as a gift. I was not fully satisfied with the product as it had shrunk after being washed but Helen and Amy were very understanding and were able to offer me a refund voucher in exchange for the returned t-shirts.
I was asked to return the unwanted t-shirts (at no cost) to Remill, which I understand is a sister company of Teemill/Rapanui, who recycle waste clothing into new products. I thought this was a great idea and was glad to hear that they would not go completely to waste.”
