Emily from Teemill was great - super helpful, instantly responsive, and sorted out my issue really quickly. My only negative comment would be that Very British Problems makes it very hard for customers to contact them if something goes wrong, and if they give you the wrong order number - which is what happened to me. I really had to dig around to find a way to get in touch with them.

Good quality product at reasonable price. Arrived quickly in eco friendly packaging. Sadly sweater was too big but returns process was good.

The Community Experience team were excellent in assisting me when I had an issue with some t-shirts that I had received as a gift. I was not fully satisfied with the product as it had shrunk after being washed but Helen and Amy were very understanding and were able to offer me a refund voucher in exchange for the returned t-shirts. I was asked to return the unwanted t-shirts (at no cost) to Remill, which I understand is a sister company of Teemill/Rapanui, who recycle waste clothing into new products. I thought this was a great idea and was glad to hear that they would not go completely to waste.

Despite contacting the company about a problem with my order, the response was very quick and I was offered a solution immediately.

I contacted customer services as my replacement t-shirt hasn't arrived. I quickly received a reply to my e-mail stating that they had upgraded my delivery method at no extra cost. Wow was I impressed 🤞it will arrive in time for my grandson for Christmas. Thank you all so much. Happy Christmas.

I bought some t-shirts earlier this year. A few months on some of them had shrunk. I contacted the Teemill team to give them feedback and they immediately offered to replace them. A few days later they arrived. Can't fault this excellent customer service.

A brilliant charity to support, I will be buying other garments. Excellent service, very good quality and organically grown cotton, delivered as promised in paper, reusable packaging. Very good value product.

After doing all the leg work myself on Post Office deliveries to prove my returns information. I have been able to get a credit very quickly into my bank account

The orders were responded to promptly. Unfortunately- perhaps because of postal strikes- 1 of my orders didn’t arrive and the tracking information was never updated. I contacted Emily who arranged for a replacement order which arrived quickly. The original arrived about a month after ordering and Emily was helpful about organising a return. Information below refers to a separate order where there were no problems at all.
