“I am appalled and disgusted by the service. I paid for my full course with the agreement I could complete a free course initially. I unfortunately suffered a mental health related issue and although most of my pieces of work were completed I was unable to complete all sections in the specified timeframe and I was advised I could no longer continue.
I paid a lot of money for my course and as I didn't complete the free course I could not move onto the next part of the course (which was paid for).
I was unsatisfied but was unable to get a refund of the amount paid or continue to study. There was no option of extension.
I was severely disappointed and would never recommend a course by ITTT to anyone.”
“I am more than satisfied with the course. My tutors were excellent, encouraging and helpful, everything went really smoothly. The technical part (I am really bad with computers) of the course was excellent, all the instructions and links were good. I took 3 courses from basic to diploma and am very happy. The course encouraged me to stugy special ed. online to a uni in Finland.

When I took the online course this relevant information was Not published in its advertising.
That said, I feel I am entitled to a refund.

“I am not sure just why, but I found the course challenging more so than expected. Perhaps I needed to know that more so along the way that my answers were on the right track. Regardless, the Instructor was patient and helpful and encouraging...I made it through! Not yet have I been able to use this particular diploma for work directly but I did have an initial job interview yesterday as "nanny/tutor" for two special education children...this study was a bonus for my c.v. (resume).

“About two years ago, I took the online tefl course, and I thought it was a great value. The instructor gave me personalized feedback and made sure I was getting the most from the materials. I worried about it because I have been cheated buying merchandise online in the past, but this company is a good and legitimate one. Two years later I am enjoying a teaching career in Japan. I was going to give 4 stars because I was promised an additional course as part of a special they were running, and I had to remind them of that. A simple email and they administered the course for me, however, so no problem. Highly recommended”

Not sure what your Number 1 section Overall Review above refers to, so I put the lowest rating due to the fact that the product sold to me (the TEFL course) proved utterly useless.
One thing the TEFL course people did not tell me of course, was that ageism is rife here in Thailand. So, even if you are a fluent English speaker (an Englishman), who has a degree in Mathematics, who is a fantastic communicator, and who is great with kids, then you won't stand a chance in getting a teaching job ... because you are just too damn old.
