I don't know why I am even bothering to write this review as looking at all the other poor reviews your service doesn't improve and you are just thieving scammers who either send poor flowers out or none at all. I paid over £50 for Mother's day Flowers plus extra to get cheaper delivery in future. The flowers never arrived, I can't get into my account, I have tried to re-set my password and the email never arrives to allow me to re-set it. I have rung and received no response and I have also emailed. You should be ashamed and Google should stop your business on their system and you are not providing a service to anyone but yourselves. If you wish to redeem yourselves ask for my details and I will send them to you, but I can't even give you the order number as I can't get into the system to check. Disgusting shameless set of scam artists. I usually read reviews and will rue the day that I didn't for this shambolic company.

the recipient was too polite but I asked for a photo, I am embarrassed for my cousin to have received such a worn-out-looking Easter Bouquet. No chance of a refund, but I will try. my best advice to any prospective customers, DONT

Absolutely terrible. No resemblance to the advertisement. Arrangement awful, no skill whatsoever. Color choice horrible.

Flowers for a funeral were not delivered on the day requested and I was not notified until two days later. Customer services would not process a complaint and only offered re delivery or a refund. Due to an issue on thier website my original order was incorrect and they did not respond to my request for amendment. I used a different florist and a much larger bouquet, for the same price was delivered promptly

I bought flowers and I was double charged and a double delivery was done to one person on the 14.i tried to reach out but was left hanging .

Utter garbage. Sadly I ordered in a hurry and didn't check the online reviews...... We opened the box and a head had fallen off. The amount of flowers was disappointing and none of them were buds. In fact most of them had begun to droop, they were that old. Steer clear and order from a local florist instead and get rid of these poor online fakers!

No stars I ordered for a friend wasn’t delivered. Then I made mistake of ordering again under another slightly different name so cancelled straight away. They refuse to give me refund which is nearly £60. They are scammers will certainly check before I order again.

I would most definitely NOT be ordering from this company again. I ordered a large bunch of flowers for my friend's special birthday. Paid nearly €80 and got a measly bunch of flowers that you could get in Tesco for a tenner. I was on the phone for most of the day yesterday trying to get a hold of them. Appalling customer service. I've emailed too and heard nothing back. Do not order with these shower of *******. They'll rob you blind.

I would not recommend any one to use eflorest they didn't deliver my flowers and refused to give me a refund the run I got was unreal can't even contact them by phone that is no way to conduct business I will never get my day back with Brenda s 80 th Birthday you are disgusting and no empathy whatsoever unreal Julia Joyce

I ordered flowers at 12.30am Sunday 29th paid 5.99 for best day delivery they were not delivered till yesterday 1st Sept 3 days later. You cannot call the company or email them to chase do angry will never order from these again

That’s right Read Reviews Before you Order Yes my mistake I didn’t read and I ended up regretting that I paid someone who doesn’t even read your my need and giving me the service I paid for . I clearly selected the delivery day on June 25 because my sisters is turning 50years old so I wanted to surprise her and they delivered on 19 . I was so disappointed, they ruined everything, they hurt 😞 my feeling because I am in Canada and she is in The Netherlands we are so far from each other . So please people Read Reviews because this is who they are . And it’s not a mistake they have to many bad reviews to be just a silly mistake . To late for me but I hope my review is helpful for others . Stay safe Camelia ❤️

Horrible service DO NOT USE!!! I ordered flowers one week in advance for my friend in Germany for her big birthday. They didn't deliver as they claimed the address was incomplete, they never reached out to me nor her to double check the address AND they didn't refund me as they said it is in their policy not to refund incomplete address deliveries.... horrible, absolutely worst flower delivery ever!!!

I ordered flowers to surprise my aunt for her birthday. The address and the name was right in the order, however. DHL did not see the exact name on the bell and did not try any possible solution and did not deliver the flower. I also had an alternative delivery spot. euroflorist told me that there is nothing they can do - if it is not delivered it is not delivered- where is my flower, where is my money?? After I pushed, they told me DHL will then leave it to the alternative spot. Then everything stopped. It has been a week, nobody answers my emails, DHL page does not update the status. You as a website offer us a solution to make our loved ones happy. Instead you gave us stress and negativity!!! You should me more concerned about your customers' happiness and satisfaction. You cant just say it is what it is. I want a reimbursement, for your low level of customer service and the stress you gave me since a week! The birthday is gone and my aunt is without flowers!!!

The website says quality flowers from local florist right at the top but it doesn't appear to be true. I got petrol station quality flowers at florists prices delivered by yodel. Terrible - I won't be back.

I sent flowers for women's day to 3 family members, with 4 days of notice, and only 1 arrived! I have demanded my money back on the two that weren't delivered. This was showing as if it was a Belgium-based service, but it ended up showing that it was from the Netherlands, and they couldn't even get a florist to deliver in South West-Flanders. Terrible.

I'm happy with the way my orders are processed, flowers are allways fresh, last very long. Design of the bouquets is always beutiful. It makes the persom that receives the flowers very very happy. I will use your service in the future. Big thank you and keep up good work.

Absolutely terrible! I wouldn't even give them one star. They didn't send the bouquet that I ordered. The flowers that was delivered were dry/dying. The entire ordeal was deeply embarrassing. And the customer service is horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

The worst company I ever worked!!! It’s a fraud. Asked to deliver flowers on valentine day. They haven’t deliver nothing and didn’t want to return money as well!!! Don’t buy from them!!!!
