“Flowers were ordered on the 6th of January to be delivered on the 13th to Uccle.
On the 15th the email was sent saying that the flowers can be collected elsewhere. To talk to the customer service I had to wait 20 min. They said that they tried to deliver on the 15th, but nobody was at home, which is not truth. They will take your money and that's all. Stay away from them!”

“Ordered some flowers for my sisters 60th birthday when they arrived looked nothing like the picture, petals were brown around the edges. I complained and was told follow the inspections and in 48 hours they will be fine. 48 hours later then were nearly dead, I complained again and they sent a replacement next day - when the replacement arrived they were exactly they same as the first delivery so we refused to accept them I am now awaiting a full refund so I can buy elsewhere.”

They told me it was now going to be on Monday with an apology and an upgrade. It didn’t happened.
Monday night I ask for my money back and now, Tuesday night, they are blaming me, saying I will not have my money and neither my flowers.

Refusing to give me a refund.
I ordered a a medium bouquet of flowers for my mums 60th she has terminal cancer. It cost me £30.
What arrived was a £5 petrol station BUNCH of flowers.
They are now refusing to refund me saying they have not mislead or misold me the product which they have!”
“We ordered 2 bouquets from them for the same day, one small and one large size. The large bouquet arrived first and we were confused that it is so small with only a few flowers in it. Then we received a small bouquet later, which was the same size as the first "Large" bouquet.
In the end what we received were 2 bouquets of the same small size but we paid for 1 large and 1 small.
I have complained to their customer service and attached photos of the 2 bouquets next to each other.
The customer service fully denied the fact that they delivered 2 same size bouquets for different prices, and refused to refund the surcharge. They offered 20% discount for the next order in 3 months which is a joke. Will never buy anything from them.”

“Cannot recommend the service of Euroflorist because the experience today, 8.8.2023. I noticed that the flowers were automatically booked as a next day delivery, but my delivery as a birthday present was needed for the 21.08.2023 for my fiancee. I could not find an icon to change the date of delivery, because I expected a confirmation of the date, and this did not happen. Immediately I contacted the customer service to rectify the situation, but all I could get was that the system did not allow the change of the date. So the flowers will be delivered to an address were nobody is at home and that is acceptable to the Euroflorist as a service as not alternative was offered, like cancelling and starting again. I will not use this service again.”
“Awful! Charge for guaranteed next day delivery but don't honour. Flowers ordered for anniversary of a death so arriving late is insulting and disrespectful. When company was approached they simply said 'read our disclaimer '. Shocking service, awful attitude so we won't use again nor would we recommend this company.”

“Regrettably, the flowers were delivered a full day late, this is greatly disappointing as the flowers were intended to celebrate a birthday I could not attend. Unfortunately, due to the delay, the intended impact was lost entirely.
Considering the importance of timely delivery for such occasions, I contacted support believing it was reasonable to expect a refund or a replacement delivery.
I was told I should have read the "disclaimer" section of the product before the ordering process, saying deliveries can be 1-2 days from the selected date. And so would do nothing on this occasion, a great demonstration of eflorists commitment to customer satisfaction.”

“Case ongoing with PayPal . I arranged for same day delivery for a really expensive bunch of flowers for my friends birthday . They put up on the day that was meant to be at 3.30 flowers delivered . I telephoned my friend and she said no flowers arrived . She was constantly looking out for them but they never arrived spoilt her day . The next day 2.30 they tried to deliver a bunch of flowers they were nothing like the description . She refused delivery . Shame on you I wish I had read the reviews . before purchasing FRAUDULANT.”
