“Regrettably, the flowers were delivered a full day late, this is greatly disappointing as the flowers were intended to celebrate a birthday I could not attend. Unfortunately, due to the delay, the intended impact was lost entirely.
Considering the importance of timely delivery for such occasions, I contacted support believing it was reasonable to expect a refund or a replacement delivery.
I was told I should have read the "disclaimer" section of the product before the ordering process, saying deliveries can be 1-2 days from the selected date. And so would do nothing on this occasion, a great demonstration of eflorists commitment to customer satisfaction.”

“Would not recommend at all. Ordered the flowers for specific day (on their website it is clearly stated next day delivery) and got the flowers the next day after the event. The quality of the flowers not great either - wilted leaves on roses and tulips losing petals already. Not happy at all! No customer service either - no tel number and I got an email response that they will contact me within 24 hours!!! Thank God I paid with AmEx - spoke to them and they would return the money but this is not the point! The precious moment gone and no flowers were delivered in time ....”

I used them multiple times and they were okay. However, in the last 2 times I had a really bad experience that wiped out all the previous orders experience.
The one before the last one was that I ordered a bouquet and chose the biggest size of that item, however the one that delivered wasn't as big as it was supposed to be when I compared the pictures on their website and the one that was delivered, and when I emailed them and sent them the pictures of the flowers that was sent, they said that after analyzing the pictures "In their opinion the size of the delivered order was correct". I said to myself, okay I won't order a bigger size anymore, because it will be a waste of money to pay extra money and don't receive what I paid for.
The worst experience was with my last order which was a few days ago. I ordered a bouquet of Red Tulip to be sent to my French fiancée in here birthday. I placed the order 3 days before her birthday and of course requested the order to be delivered on her birthday date. I also ordered a pack of Macarons to be sent with the flowers.
Here is what happened:
1- The order didn't arrive on that day. It was delivered a day later, which means my fiancée got the flowers a day later after her birthday (useless)
2- The package was missing the macarons.
3- The flowers that was sent were horrible, and didn't look anything like the ones on their website, even my fiancée made a joke with me and said: tell them you are sending flowers for a birthday event not to someone's funeral.
That was the worst experience ever. What's even worse, is that when I contacted euroflorist.fr to complain and sent them pictures of the flowers that was received, they didn't acknowledge any of my complaints nor apologizing for ruining such a birthday gift. They didn't even apologize that order was delivered a day late.
That was the worst customer service experience I ever had with a merchant.
Anyway, I learned my lesson and won't use them ever again of course, and I already filed a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund.
My advice to anyone who was thinking about using euroflorist.fr is to find another florist and stay away from them.”
“Terrible service, I placed two orders for delivery to my French aunts for their Christmas tables - they have got nothing! The first delivery was not made, the delivery service stated that the receiver had been contacted by phone and had agreed to travel to a pick-up point. Absolute rubbish, no attempt was made to delivery the flowers and as my aunt is unable to leave her house there is no way she would agree to travel to collect her flowers. She has also verified no missed calls. - Failure 1
Next, another order, another failure. When I chased up why the delivery had not been made on 23rd. I was told that the order had been correctly placed but that the florist had not "seen" the order. Instead of immediately getting the flowers on their way I was asked if I wanted a refund!! When I replied that I still wanted the flowers delivered I got a reply telling me that I was getting a refund!
I am furious, both flowers and delivery are not cheap, plenty of notice was given, and the reaction from customer service was hopeless - instead of rushing some flowers to my relatives as soon as they possibly could they just refunded my money and walked away.
Two Christmas tables bare thanks to Euroflorist and no chance of my being able to rectify the situation.

“The worst service ever. Please don't use this company if you want to make a good impression to someone or if you want to have your flowers delivered fresh and on time.
I placed the order on Friday the 16th for delivery on the 20th on my mother in law's birthday.
The flowers are still undelivered and today is 21st.
I called the delivery company asking why it has been delayed for 24 hours they said the flowers were sent late from Euroflorist and advised me to go pick them up from their Depo. Well I'm in England and they are in France?!?!?!
Today I called Euroflorist and they said that the flowers were sent to delivery Company on time and they will be delivered today, no apologies no other explanation, no nothing.
Well her birthday was yesterday not today so I had to apologize to her about not sending nothing for her birthday.
Of course the flowers are not fresh anymore and who knows what she'll get today?!?!!? Probably more apologies from me.
Awful service, terrible experience...not doing it again with them.
Update:
It hasn't been delivered on the 21st either and we had no message, email or anything to let us know it won't be delivered today.
Such a bad experience, the worst service ever...
PS: I tried to talk to a manager but I 've been denied that. They refunded me with no compensation, appologies or anything for the hustle and disappointment caused by them.

“I highly don't recommend using this service. I ordered a flower delivery for a gift on birthday my girlfriend. I ordered five days before delivery and on that day nobody calls her and the next day too. Now 3 days past and nobody has had contact with her. Support doesn't help. They allege the florist tried to contact the recipient, but it's a pure lie. When I said about this nobody answered me. So I opened a dispute on PayPal and I hope the company will be held accountable for its actions.”

My Uncle is still waiting, 5 days later, for his birthday bouquet to be delivered! I've emailed them regarding the non-delivery and have not had a response. Just a bunch of scammers.
