Advisor was really helpful, knocked 40 pound off for me as I had a budget in mind, this Is the fourth holiday I have booked through teletext holidays, great prices quick and easy to book, hassle free.

Second time of using teletext for a short cheap winter week away. Process quite simple and straight forward. Only small problem encountered was with the dialect/accent of the rep but otherwise very helpful.

On the website it said £388 pp. When you ring up it jumped up another £100 pp.. And the man said its not been updated yet on the website, I know it's a con,, as a holiday does not jump up £200. Over night, obs a ploy to get you to ring up. I went ahead and Booked a holiday for my daughter and partner... Its no cheaper, than doing it direct...i did persuade him yo give me a discount,, his manager said £20.. Be careful as there's no food. Or luggage on the flights, but transfers were included.. So it worked out £30 cheaper than them getting cabs,,, the man was very nice and explained everything.. Although it did take a long time as I had difficulty understanding him.. I think he was Indian and spoke very quickly, but we got there in the end.....

Hey, We are sorry to read your concerns with regards to the prices shown on the website. We do try to provide the best possible service to all our customers and your feedback is appreciated. To clarify, we use suppliers live systems for flights and accommodation and prices are always fluctuating so the live price would be confirmed to you when you call our sales department. Being honest with our customers is our priority and we do advise about live pricing at various places on our website, “Prices change regularly, please call now for the live price”. Further, any optional extras such as baggage, transfers etc are not included in the advertised price and are optional the price shown is for accommodation and flights again as advised on the website. Spoke to many different company which didn’t seem to able to help and didn’t seem to have the time teletext seem to go over and above to help me with my booking Solomon was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us

Booked a holiday with Abel, agreed flights, deposit etc. Got a call back a few hours later and was told we need to pay a bigger deposit. I should have known at this point now unprofessional the company and its workers are. We then got a call again a week later to say our flights had been changed and we would get an email confirming this. We got no email and then when I called to investigate and get a refund on the flights as we were unhappy with the new flights, all members of staff were extremely unhelpful and rude (we spoke with Fredvie and Jeevan) The worker did everything he could to stop me from speaking to a manager. I was told I would get a call back from a manager twice and this didn’t happen, so don’t trust them if they say they will call you back. Eventually when we spoke with a manager (Brandon) he has said all we can do is lose our deposit. A completely unhelpful, disorganised and unprofessional service. Would never book through teletext again and wouldn’t strongly recommend anyone else not to book through them either. Booking a holiday is meant to be something that is enjoyable and makes you feel excited, teletext has instead made it a stressful experience.

AVOID! AVOID! at all costs. The agent said he needs a deposit of £60 pounds which I authorised but after making the payment he informed me that it was £60 per person which turned out to be £480 for eight people. They make you offers which are seem to be very competitive but they are very dodgy. Reading the other reviews I am glad I have cancelled my booking with them however, hoping to get my refund as I am sure they would have come up with loads of hidden costs if I had gone ahead with them.

I phone Vishwa so many time because I wanted to go on holiday he gave me a brilliant 5 star hotel at xmas in Portugal . I just wanted to say thank you for helping me and I am looking forward to my holiday. Once again thank you xx
