My holiday was cancelled in January, asked for a refund and was told it would be paid back into my account, still not received this, tried numerous occasions to contact them and unable to get through, disgusting service, will never book with teletext holidays again

Disgrace to holiday companies,hold and hold again,lied to time and time again,promised refund and got nothing just more lies. Going to small claims court get my money from them coz if they can't be bothered to talk on phone I bet they won't turn up at court and a win by default will be easier.

Lying, money grabbing ‘company’. We booked a family holiday with this ‘company’ in May 2020 for £11,500, which unfortunately had to be cancelled due to covid. 16 months later and we still haven’t received our refund despite being told over and over again that it will be refunded by a deadline which never happens! How can they get away with robbing working class people of their hard earned money like this?! We weren’t able to go on a family holiday this summer as we still hadn’t got our money back from them and so couldn’t afford to book another one without that money. This ‘company’ needs to be held to account.

Holiday cancelled in March 2020. Still waiting for the refund. Have been told lies, lies and more lies. Even the pressure from the CMA hasn't resulted in adherence by Teletext to the agreement they are subject to. Just simply appalling. Feel a little sorry for some of the telephone staff who are obviously obliged to lie.

Keep making excuses as to why I haven't got my money back. Passed from one department to another. Will never book with them again

DO NOT BOOK TOTAL CON I had my holiday cancelled in May 2020 due to covid been waiting 15 months for my money back you call you email you live chat and its the same lies month after month now its been say 2 4 says 14 days 7 days they will actually habe the nerve to ask you to be patient and wait I was once again ment to habe ot paid my 31st August and again no payment how they can still be able to sell holidays to people is past me this place needs shut down

NEVER BOOK WITH THIS CON SITE!!!!! Very quick to take your money keep it for 2 years and then have to fight to get your money back! They conned us last year to rebook for this year with an extra cost of £596.83 because they were only offering vouchers if we didnt rebook! Customer Service is non existent we have been given 3 different dates our money will be back in the bank Ive made over 50 phone calls to them regarding our refund ive had the phone put down on me endless times and have been consistent in their LIES!! They have no consideration for the customers at all they just want your money!! They dont answer any emails EVER! Ive been chasing this year for the total just short of £1900 since June! Their next promise of it being in my account is Tuesday 7th Sept bet I have to ring again!!

Don't book as you can never get a response tried to move our holiday to October because of covid but still getting how to check in the day before we were originally going haven't Gerd of anyone so decided to cancel as we had email saying we can get a refund now the will only let us rebook for onother holiday we cannot go as haven't booked time of work but the woman's attitude was very rude and abrupt

Only one star so can write a comment. Holiday booked May 2020 promised refund every month for the last year. Should of been paid by end of June, then they said end of August 2021 which by the government should of been paid. Called they said 24 - 48 hrs I will have money and still no refund and now saying another 14 days. This is disgusting customer service they will never put you through to anyone. I would not book through them. Any ideas to what people can do now

wish you could leave no stars to be honest. Should have had my refund 31/07/2021 was then promised a week after that, then again 5 days after that, then told it would 100% be y 31/08.2021... still waiting. Nobody can give you any answer on where the money actually is. I'm now becoming very doubtful that any of us will even receive our refunds!!

1 star so I can write a review, I am still waiting for a refund for a Holiday last October that they cancelled due to COVID. Refund deadline was 31 August still no refund, absolutely disgraceful.How are they are still allowed to trade.

Teletext Holidays , I’ve had to give 1 star raiting just to write this review ! I’m still waiting for my refund which states will be paid to me by 31st August 2021 ! I have not received it as yet !!

DO NOT BOOK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Holiday booked 30/9/2019 pre covid. Cancelled by them July 2020. Told I could start the refund process 30/9/20. Not so then told by email i would be paid 90 days from departure!! On going for 14 months now. Every time I phone given different dates. They owe £3,715.00. Filled out COVID form. Should have paid me 31/7/21 surprise, surprise they didn’t ❗️❗️❗️ Just say I will be paid in approximately 5 days been told that 4 times🤬🤬 last day to pay was 31/8/21 deadline set by the competition & markets authority. No payment yet again. Spoke to teletext again 1/9/21 now telling me payment will be Friday/Monday 😤😤😤

Only 1 star because you can’t leave 0! Terrible company, only interested in booking and getting your money. No customer support at all. Response to Covid has been awful. They owe millions and are not paying out. Don’t book with them, you maybe waiting 20 plus months for a refund, when they cancel like I am!!

Hello, I booked for New York on the 23rd of December 2020 and I have still not received a refund due to the pandemic. I have found this company to be absolutely useless in communacation. I was promised my refund before the 31st of August and still nothing. It was over £1500 that Teletext holidays owe me. Do not book with this company.
