we enquired about a new boiler as we we qualified for the grant scheme this year, the surveyors came out on time and where lovely people, we had our quote within a couple of days which we accepted, it wasn't a total freebie, but it cost us less than the call out did when our old one broke down last winter, so over the moon at that, it was booked, the lads turned up on the day and was even early! they got cracking and was done in 2 and half hours, very very pleased!!!! and to top things off where as we were having to use our shower on nearly as hot as it could go to get a warm shower, were now turning it right down so its not even out of the blue markings and its still so hot!!! (trouble is now its so nice you just dont want to get out of it) overall i would give them 20 out of 10 so impressed!!!!!! thank you so much for making our house lovely and warm again

Liam Kitchin arrived at the appointment time stated. He was very polite and pleasant and very easy to converse with. He was not pushy. After a number of other reps. have given me various quotes and what is involved, I have decided not to proceed with solar panels. I'm 72 and I feel that my leisure time will be taken up begrudging the sun not coming out and doing household chores in order to use some of the electricity generated by the panels. We do our washing overnight on E7, We hang the washing out before 9am not after midday. The same with the dishwasher- that can be returned to the cutlery draw by 9am using E7. I regret wasting Liam Kitchin's time, but at the time I was not aware of all the implications of having solar panel. Thank you for your attention .

I had Anthony Dodd round last night to give me a quote for a new boiler. He arrived at the pre arranged time and introduced himself professionally.he was extremely informative and knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a clear and concise way. The quote I recieved was very competitive and I was told it would be e mailed to me next day, which it was. No hard sell, no demands, no deposit. He left as cheerily as he arrived asking me to get in touch if I require any more information or to go ahead. All in all an excellent buying experience. Well done

Your representative was very polite and, despite the absolute chaos of what must have seemed like a warehouse, kept his composure throughout. Liam explained everything thoroughly and made no "sign now whilst the offer lasts" proposals. The whole experience was professional and considerately done. Thank you. Ruth Redhead (Mrs)

I waited 2 weeks from submitting the application until someone could visit to assess my property. On the day of the survey (Friday) I was advised someone would contact me on the Monday to inform me how much contribution would be needed. nobody contacted me, so I contacted them on the Tuesday. they advised that I did qualify and my landlord would need to contribute £350 for the new boiler, I said I would run that by him, which I did and called back to let them know. the following day they rang to say they would need that in writing which is a fair point, they emailed me the paperwork and I sent it onto the LAndlord who advised he was away on business and would not be able to send it back until the Tuesday, he did exactly as he said and sent it back on the Tuesday and I sent it on at 11am on 29th September. It is now 19th October and I STILL don't have an install date.. I have phoned on numerous occasions and been old its with the funders.. today I asked who the funders where, ... they are Eon so I contacted them directly, they were able to firstly find me on their system and secondly tell me that they had authorised it ages ago! E on then contacted Tempo to find out what was going on... they were advised that it has to go to a 2nd stage and that takes 10days and that my case was only passed to them on 15th October.... so on all the occasions I have phoned to chase it up and have been told "its with the funders" I have been lied to... my paperwork has been sitting round, whilst we are freezing in our home. I have a disabled daughter and a toddler and despite me reiterating this each time and emphasising that we have NO HEAT AT ALL in the property.. broken boiler and NO fire they still sat on my application and did nothing. I most certainly would not recommend going through Tempo... my advice would be go through E-on directly. I wasn't aware you could do it that way. In total from the start I have been waiting 6 and a half weeks and still no install date.. let alone some actual heat... AVOID!

Of the companies I invited to quote these guys were hands down the best. No hard sell,arrived on time every time and offered much better advice and explained things in an honest and technically knowledge manner rather than just repeating what's on the sales literature, giving the best option for the end user rather than just the highest profit. They gave me several options to choose from with benefits and disadvantages for each (tricky location in this case) which as a home owner and living with these for many years gives you the option on what suites you best. Like I said no hard sell and no pressure to sign today they do the figures and let you decide. As a technical sales guy myself I've got to say I'm impressed with the way they do business and the prices are competitive allowing a much quicker return on your investment

They came and kept me up to date and were there when they said. I have a contribution of around £150 that I feel is reasonable. I am now waiting for my boiler to be replaced so I hope they are as good as they have been to date. Very happy so far.

The company presentation was excellant and Jason very knowledgable in the field of solar panels. Any questions were answered in a professional manner and we were impressed with the documentation that was left with us in order for us to make our decision.

Following my wider enquiry about solar panels I received a rapid response and site visit from Tempo. The latter was informative and very thorough. The quoted cost was very acceptable. I chose another company that came up with a solution that seemed to have some added benefit at a marginally higher price.
