“They were great when I first started shopping on this site I was so happy they had so many things and then the stuff started getting cheaper in quality and breaking and now instead of giving me refunds they offered me partial refunds you can't even get on to the site without them having pop-ups to play games and buy this and yeah you'll get a credit you don't get no freaking credit they just want you to keep buying buying buying I am done with this website and after a little while you will be too they are extremely annoying with how much they cram it down your throat to buy more they are the p**** is most annoying company I've ever dealt with when I go on a site I want to purchase something I don't want 15 windows popping up in my face that I have to x out of before I can even get into what I want to buy”
“I ordered 10 items, 2 arrived broke(not by mail), 1 defective, all cheaply made. Clothes are thin, shoes are houseshoes, jewelry cheap looking, only 2 items were ok. Cheap prices , but don't waste your money. They did refund for the broke items without having to return”

“Temu used to be my favorite shopping place for, unique items, great prices, quality and delivery. But now they seem to have but stopped delivering purchases. They offer a $5 credit if item not received within a certain but it soon becomes not be worth it when it occurs on a regular basis. Now they offer a full refund when the item is weeks late plus supposedly you still get your item. I have not seen that happen yet. Too bad. I can’t use Temu and I can’t recommend them anymore.”
“I got some pretty good stuff from them, a few questionable things but overall I was please until........I charged my card, at the very same second a random person with a Chinese sounding name appeared on my card right along with the temu charged. I questioned the random person that charged my card but communication was a joke. No progress was made in that farce of a chat. Then sure enough 2 charges appeared on that card for American Eagle. The amount was zero but it was the scammer testing the water. No more temu for me. Sad because I've spent $1000+ this past year. Bye bye temu”

“It doesn't allow you to fully read in detail for most items before purchasing. Many items aren't as indicated in the order. Quantity is usually less than you order. Quality isn't the best. Most items seem to be other people selling the items for temu. You don't know this until the item arrives with their personal address. I'm waiting on more items, so we'll see how that goes. I hope there visit a need to return anything as I'm not paying for it. Bottom line is that if you order something and it's not as advertised you don't have to pay for it. Reverse credit card charges as services not rendered.”
