“3 packages were sent by e-miile courier which the courier indicated on their website were delivered. I contacted the courier who confirmed that the packages were still at their warehouse. Neither Temu nor the courier have provided me with an address for pick up. Temu refuses to refund because the courier's tracking says delivered. I have been in contact with Temu for months now. Temu keeps promising to investigate and then nothing happens. Don't buy from Temu. Scam website. I am out hundreds of dollars.”

“Most of the products shown on website and the one delivered are not the same. I ordered few times but all the times they sent either small items, damage items and 1 piece when I ordered a pack of the items. Also when they send credits or discounts they increase the price. Like 1 small Tupperware was $14. While it’s $3 in Walmart. Many items they sent very bad quality. To get the full refund of one the items have to return the item by some courier which is. Not available everywhere. Have to drive one hour to get there from my place. So annoying.”

I placed two corresponding orders and yet at the end of it it came up and said sorry. You've already participated in this promotion, which of course I haven't done. I've never participated in any promotion with temu. They really are scamming people and now I have multiple charges on my bank account that I did not authorize. The quality of some of that items are horrible I ordered a crop mesh top and it looks like a top for child and it's an extra large The quality is very low.”

“It was wrong sizing issue, I'm a UK 12 is L not XL, seller doesn't give full refund to repurchase item and doesn't send replacement for their mistake, temu allows sellers to steal and Rob from good customers, I will be closing my account as soon as my order arrives and will be going back to Amazon because they stick to the rights to an investigation into any issues between seller and customer temu strip you of all your rights as a UK customer so buy at your own risk but you have been warned
