“I have been using Temu for about 2 years with little problems, whenever I get a product that didn't meet expectations, I received a credit without having to return the item.
I have ordered from the local warehouse twice, the 1st came 9 days late, I'm in Florida, it started in NJ, then went somewhere, then to Opa Loca, about 30 miles from me, then a few other places before arriving at my house. I was given a partial credit but it was frustrating.
I ordered another product from the local warehouse in Chicago, took 5 days to leave that warehouse, then to multiple locations, then to Opa Locka, now to Indiana.
No more local warehouse purchases. Besides charging $2.99 for delivery, takes longer than coming from China.”

I called Temu directly and was on the phone with a Representative for a half hour with no resolution to the issue that I had with the delivery.
I explained that I was to receive the item on the 25th of February and received the item on the 18th of February. Fine. However, there was no proof of delivery (no update, no email) to indicate of such.
Not only that, the outer package looks like it was deliberately torn open.”

“Temu customer service is AI generated responses that rarely address the issue you are contacting them about. Some of their sellers are quite dishonest and Temu allows that. I have often ordered one item and received another in its place. Temu says contact the seller. The seller says they sent the correct item. I send them a screenshot of their advertisement to prove it was not the correct item. They say they will look into it and Temu contacts me. Temu says they will look into it. After three days and many wasted hours nothing is resolved. Temu says your ticket is closed, dispute resolved. I am out $40 and will never shop on Temu again.”
