“I have bought items from Temu at the value of R 2704. On there side it showed ā Notify the custom clearance company to pickup Johannesburg 10 November 2024.ā A other package ,also from Temu arrived ā Notify the custom clearance company to pick up 14 November 09:50ā The vat was paid on the 12 Novenber. Package delivered on the 19 November. On the R 2704 package they never asked me to pay vat , witch takes place before the package departure by flight. So that tells me that the problem with this package was in China and not in RSA . I reported the matter of this package standing still to Temu , but they only relied that customs are very busy and it sometimes take a while. But a package witch was received 4 days later ( consist of similar products) gone out to the next step already. That shows that the are not really treat you as a valued customer as the claim in writing. IF YOU QUERRY SOMETHING IT IS JUST A COPPY PASTE ANSWER. No interest to look after their customers and the reason for that is that they already have your money in there back account and whatever happen, you are forced to spend that money at TEMU. No matter if you are happy with there service or not. They bare covered by a fine print, witch a lot of people miss look. It says we only accept refunds for temu credit. So they can give the customer a bad service , but once you have paid your money into their account the can slack their written promises, you still have to spend you money with them.”

“I have still not received the items I ordered. First I received an email saying my package of items were delivered even though they were not. (We live in a condo and were home all day. No one called our building's call box for access to our building, no one knocked at our door and no one left a package, or can be seen on security video. I tried multiple times to call the delivery company (EMIle) and was just repeatedly disconnected after being on hold to speak to someone. Temu now keeps sending messages saying that my package needs to be picked up at a "Pickup Location", but gives no name or address for such a location, despite my repeated requests for one. There is no live person I can talk to anywhere. All their "live chats" are AI generated so have been nothing but frustrating and give no answers.”

“The coupons and special perks are hard to understand and you continue to have to buy more in less than 10 min or you loose it. Now they are making you feed fish to get points. Why can't a discount or coupons be just that. It's a challenge and confusing not worth the effort.
When you get a order things are what they say they are normally (pay attention to size and amt. details)”
