“I am very pleased with my shopping experience with Temu. Yes, the packages do sometimes have a delay, but if you don't get your order on time, they give you a $5 credit towards your next purchase. I git some flip flops that were very uncomfortable for my feet, they gave me a full refund and didn't want me to return it. The reason fir the 3 stars is the promise of free items, never have I received any free items from the offers that they give nor through the games that they have. Now Temu's competition sent me 3 free gifts without any purchase, to show they appreciate my business... When buying clothing items, read the reviews, because some stuff runs bigger than USA sizes.”

They drag you in with the pretty lights, then distract you with games in order to get more of your money. I'm not interested in playing $//+& app games, and I have no friends to invite to join (join us.... JOIN USSSSSSS....) I'd just like to buy things I need (like my mini washing machine, that thing is awesome and a fraction of the price of a used full size one) while not damaging my budget. Read the descriptions and reviews. Do your own search on the product outside of Temu, see if it is legit and on other sites (my washer was on Sears, so I'm ok with that). The clothes are all polyester, so you may want to steer clear of them if you have sensitive skin. Anything that claims to be "real" or "all natural" - well... yeah, no... Any "crystals" you buy are gonna be glass or composite. If there isn't a size diagram, it's gonna be doll-house size, etc... It isn't a bad place to order from, but Caveat Emptor, people.”

“I have ordered from temu several times never had an issue until last month I ordered my granddaughter 5 outfits for school time came for them to be delivered they were a no show I contacted temu they issued a 5 dollar credit and said the clothes should be on the way the clothes never showed and they issued a refund so I reordered and then placed a second order after this one and now I'm getting messages on both of them that both orders haven't been shipped yet something about logistics so now I'm starting to wonder if I will get these orders”
“I haven't had any problems with Temu as far as receiving my items are getting help with missing ones or broken ones. Most things are pretty nice, only got a couple that were really cheap made, but price was also cheap. I have up until now enjoyed the games and have won a couple of free things, but this is my last time with these. Takes too long at 1/100 point per earned per ten points spin. I'm on my seventh or eighth month because I don't share a lot. But this has been my only issue with Temu.”

“I’ve had lots of items off Temu. They always arrive fairly quickly, I am happy with that but I have ordered three coats off them recently XXL 44 chest. One was 45 one was 50 and one was 48 so I have returned the two large ones the sleeves were far too long also. Returning stuff isn’t straightforward either but it won’t stop me using Temu, I just won’t order another coat”
