“I paid for my order and didn't received it even after 2 months. Temu says its delivered and signed. I asked for reshipment. Temu says OK but didn't gave me date. And now I can't claim Refund because it's more than a month.
All my money is wasted”
“Good deals on a lot of different items. Temu is getting faster on their shipping. But since most of their products come from China it's expected. I've actually bought bulk items from Temu and resold them for a nice little profit. Love Temu.”
“The products themselves are nice, itâs when youâre ordering they âscamâ you. they give you flashing lights and coupons. For example. âSPEND $30 get an item free.â You spend the $30 and it says âcheck out to claim rewardsâ⊠so you checkout thinking the next item would be free. As it states. âClaim your free itemâ as you search for something of your liking, you finally find something youâd like. You click it. And at the top of you screen it will say âspend another $60 to claim the FREE item!⊠brotherâŠ. Thatâs what I just did. âAnd you already checked out for the $30â for no free item.
They also run the same scam with coupon codes, the more you buy the closer and closer you get, if you actually spend enough. It will repetitively hit you with you need to buy ONE MORE THING!!
Or oh! No! Your $0.03 away from your $100 in coupons.
Itâs like gambling but you literally never winâŠ
If you use this only get the items you will pay for, donât count on using coupons or free items because they just get you to spend more and spend more and spend more and spend more and so onâŠ.
The photo below is, I bought $30 on items for a âfree giftâ i checkout. And it says spend $60 to claim your free gift and a $177 in coupons. Which wasnât the original promotion.

“I can not see the items I've ordered. 2 of them were delivered correctly, however, I had a 2nd order that included a purse, cards and several other items. I received a notice that my last package was delivered this morning, however, it's not there. On top of that, that package should have been a box, but the picture shows a small package. On top of that, I can't find the things I've ordered on their site. I asked for a re-shipment, but the tracking number that I copied, does not exist according to ontrak.

They said there was a glitch in the system, but theyâre sorry they donât think they can do for me that was three operators later forever already spent a lot of money on there. Just a big scam watch out I wouldnât. I wouldnât buy anything on a debit card and we should buy a credit card and get your money back.”

“I put a couple of items in my Temu shopping cart. I wanted to check if I could find better prices anywhere else. The next day, Temu had processed the order without my permission. They took the money out of my bank account within seconds. The next day when I saw the money out of my account, I phoned Temu to try and get a refund on the money. They said three of the items were already shipped, so I couldnât get a refund for them, but I could return them and get a refund and itâll take 14 days after they receive an inspect the item. One of the items still had the option for a refund, I filed for the refund and they said they wouldnât accept it because the order had already been processed. So now that item has been dropped at my house, I found another item that was the same for $150 less, but they do not do a price comparison like they say they do. The only price adjustment theyâll do is if we find the same item on their website for a different price. Temu is nothing but a huge scam. I could return this item, but I have to pay for the courier to come pick it up from my house and return it to them. Weâre talking about 150 pound item and it will cost between 100 and $150 to return it. So that money, even though I didnât order anything, though I was charged for the item within seconds will cost me $100-$150 to return and then it will take 14 days after they inspect the item before they return my money. And on top of that, they might not return my money, they might just give me a credit with Temu to buy something else. Donât shop at Temu. Theyâre robbers, their thieves and they donât care about anybody. I told them I was a pensioner on a fixed income. They donât care donât waste your time at Temu.”

Coupon says place 5.01 to be able to use, but you cannot use just 5.00 they make you place another full order

“The first time, I start ordering the items , I get them on time and the right siz. I don't understand why I get the items that I didn't order, and the size that didn't order. You guys didn't get permission to use someone else account send the items no one order. If I want to return, since there no purchase account number. We can't return the items. “They raise prices AFTER you place the order then all their discounts and coupons are so confusing, there's no way to apply them. I still haven't received everything from my previous orders and when I tell them, they complete ignore it. Don't bother, they will rip you off.”
