Customer service . I have an order that was “ delivered” it came in 2 packages and I was refunded one but not the other and they are refusing to refund or reship the order. I have been waiting for a supervisor to call me since 11/12 it is now 11/21 and several tickets have been made and closed. I get an automated email at 6 am from “Gabriella” saying they are working on it but that’s not true either. They just transfer you around to shut you up and say it’s been delivered. I’m out $100 now and no items before Christmas! They also keep asking me to send pictures and videos of me not receiving the order!!!???”

“This site makes you think you’re getting a great deal by flashing percentages off. If you look carefully, the cost has been inflated from previous pages. Free gifts with orders, you don’t get. The trick is to get you to come back day after day. Ross has better prices and is dependable. The entire website is a scam and getting customer help, not a possibility. The jewelry gotten from them arrived broken. Christmas decorations that came were laughable. The same items can be found elsewhere cheaper. You are not getting what you think are. Twelve members of my family shopped with them and will now not buy a thing from them, now. Warning: Temu is a car-salesmans games dream come true. I had a terrible experience with Temu. I purchased a 10x10 pop-up canopy tent and never opened or unboxed it because I decided I didn’t need it. I returned the item exactly as it was sent to me—completely untouched and unopened.
However, Temu only gave me a partial refund, claiming the item was “damaged” and “missing pieces.” How could that even be possible when it was never opened?! They are refusing to refund me fully and are essentially blaming me for their own false claims.
Their customer service is atrocious. No help, no accountability, and no respect for their customers. I will never shop with them again and urge others to avoid this shady company. Save your money and shop elsewhere!”
“Worst service ever seen in my life. They are fake in Oman they are not responsible towards their customers. I have ordered for 24 omr and waiting for 2 weeks the day it was supposed to deliver the app got updated the tracking that I haven’t answered the call . How will I answer a call which I didn’t receive? If the delivery cannot deliver to the said place why they are accepting or giving authority to such parcel companies? The worst app service seen in my entire life . “I purchased two items from this TEMU app and they charged me twice. The keep saying it is the banks issue for the refund but it's not the bank. The bank didn't take my money TEMU did and will not give me my money back....Their customer service is automated and is really bad.”

“After two hours of wearing my rings, I noticed that the skin near the rings had dried out and turned green. When I saw the inside of the ring, instead of "Live, laugh, love" is said "help, I am 4". All I wanted was a nice ring, and now I lost three of my fingers. Also, I think I got a tick and now I can't stop saying "My precious." Luckily, I still have my middle finger to flip people off. Instead of a refund, I would like whatever child laborer made the ring to come here so I can make sure they inscribe the right words.”
“I ordered this shiesty mask to keep myself hidden from the opps. Not only did they recognize me THEY JUMPED ME. I had my son with me as well. He also had a shiesty mask on and the opps THREW HIM IN A DUMPSTER. This mask doesn't do a good job at keeping me discrete while the opps are around.
