“I was loving it realizing it’s a gamble on some items. It doesn’t help they put everything in cm then inches small print. Some items are very cheap look closely at the descriptions, pictures and sizes. I have to say I’m losing interest because they are becoming more and more expensive.”

Yes I've ordered fr Temu but I remind myself that will only look good once if it's clothing, and tools or anything will be cheaply made. I order for one time fiestas at church or school or costumes, things I will probably use once. It's OK find something for a few dollars. If you are looking for high end quality don't buy it here. I have bought many things and had to just throw them away, but I also got some good stuff too.... my complaint is 2 different times I was offered free gifts if I spent a certain amount and didn't receive the free gifts either time.... “They kept sending me double orders in other words I would only buy 1 blanket and everyday there would be another one then another one then the next day another one of course they billed me on credit card this has happened about 5 times ordered a clock just one and every day got another so on I got 5 of them another purchas was a tin bank with key I got 4 of them tried to explain to them what was happening and they treated me like I was ripping them off for a refund I ordered just 1 that was all I needed. “Returns are difficult make. The required photo for every item is faulty. You keep having to retake the photo. Delivery you have to wait at least two weeks & many of the items are cheap & not worth the price. But, when the priducts are good - they are often half the price of other sites.”

I am SO OVER the Spinning wheel discount EVERY TIME I go into the site that doesn't even give you any actual discount and just WAISTS TIME.

“I've ordered on a few dates now. The only delivery that hit the desired time was Christmas so far. I currently have 2 orders that seem to be stuck in delivery although both stated they are past customs. I most likely will not use temu again after these two orders come through, if they come through. If not money back anyway. Nothing lost nothing gained. I would not recommend temu.”

Today an email from Temu informs me that my easel it is undeliverable and I will receive a refund in a few weeks. WTF. I've ordered a number of things from Temu..It's hit or miss, take your chances. I've returned more than I've kept.”

“At first, I got enticed by the "egg beater," in which you have to press it down to work. Next I bought the electric scrubber for my bathroom floor. Worked 2 times and just quit on me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ELECTRICAL from TEMU. Clothes are exceptional and fantastic! Although if you buy electronics don't buy them from TEMU. Buyer Be Ware.”

“I've made a few orders from TEMU. For the most part, I've been satisfied with the merchandise. I did have to make a couple of returns and they were promptly handled. My problem is trying to track an order which is not showing up in my account and for which I have no confirmation. Of course, my card has been charged. I've tried the only way TEMU can be contacted: the dreaded "Live" Chat!! I've explained that I don't have an order number BECAUSE they never confirmed the order. However, they keep asking for the dreaded order number. I've given them my phone no., card info, email address, amount of the charge to my card....no dice. The bigger problem is that apparently this magical CHAT is the ONLY way to contact TEMU. I can't find a telephone number on the site or an email to their support center. I've filed a dispute with my card holder. This is my first hiccup with TEMU, but it's extremely annoying to not be able to talk to somebody with a heartbeat.”
“Temu could be a decent online shopping site but it’s slogan and the way it starts of our visit to their site, makes it look like a scam site. Making us buy more to get so called big discounts. The spinning wheel always lands on the same spot. Change everything and be more like Shopee or Lazada or Amazon”

“Yes I have removed there app I have bought a lot from temu some items okay some good stuff but I ordered a storage shed and it was not good so I tried to return it and they won't print a shipping label because it says it is above their shipping rate in weight.so I would have to mail it in separately costing a lot of money.when you can't find a address or phone number for them every thing is animated or you don't have a choice to true in any thing on their chat sounds pretty bad so I won't be purchasing anything from them in the future.”
