“Have purchased a few items to try and they looked pretty decent on the site but were absolute rubbish. Also many items had 5 star reviews which I feel are fake therefore misleading. Save your money and buy local is my advice”
“The web site advertises free returns. Not so! I ordered 4 or 5 items. When I tried to return, the site stated I was only allowed to return one free.
Most items are garbage. Delivery time is about 3 weeks.

“Whenever you log into the app they distract you with so many games to win “prizes”. Now to unlock those prizes you have very limited time (several mins) to spend money on a minimum number of items first (always make sure you go for the cheapest items possible, keep scrolling all the way down if you have to find them, because as you keep reading you’ll understand why).
Next, after purchasing items and unlocking your coupon/prize, they thwn break up this prize into seperate mini coupons, all requiring minimum spending to get a discount. Meaning if you win $450, it could be broken into 5+ coupons, with a total minimum spend of over $1,500+!!!
So in short, the coupons are a ploy to get you to spend more than you planned and consume more than you need.
They have cheap things, most are good some aren’t great. Do your research and just know Temu could end up costing you a lot more than you want or need vs buying that 1 item from your local store.”

They won't replace the item by sending a correctly spelt one, even though they have plenty available. They offered a refund so I could order a new one myself, but this is useless as they have a minimum spend in place of $40. So I cannot fix THEIR mistake without having to spend a lot more money. The sizing on clothing is inconsistent but I think its because the are buying close outs and inconsistencies in sizes is really a universal complaint. Every manufacturer creates their own sizuung measurements.”

Read the descriptions and reviews. Do your own search on the product outside of Temu, see if it is legit and on other sites (my washer was on Sears, so I'm ok with that). The clothes are all polyester, so you may want to steer clear of them if you have sensitive skin. Anything that claims to be "real" or "all natural" - well... yeah, no... Any "crystals" you buy are gonna be glass or composite. If there isn't a size diagram, it's gonna be doll-house size, etc... It isn't a bad place to order from, but Caveat Emptor, people.”
“The worst scam site ever, I ordered almost $700 worth of items and more then half came broken, I proved to them with photos and dates but they wanted me to send back the items, Which I obviously couldn’t as they were completely shattered to tiny pieces, I just wanted a replacement for my items. But did temu do anything no the best I got from them was a $15 refund for broken items worth over $400 ! Mark my words I will NEVER order from temu again. Go to Amazon they are a trillion times better”
