There was an incident happened on my order with Temu a week ago. I ordered a bathtub door, the website showed the order was delivered, but I didn't receive it. After I contacted the customer service, I received full refund in 3 days.”
“Edit review to -50. Awful app. All these credits, points over and over and no direction how to use them. Tried to look at shoes and placed one in basket so I could easily find it the next day (no search bar on app). Bring up the basket and it automatically processed the order. Cancelled immediately and 3 days later the cc I used was making fraudulent charges to LivMova. Not only scammers but thieves. Awful, awful company. Watch out.”

Tried to get help from customer service, they just told me to try another account which I did before contacting them. I suggested they could just verify it is me by checking my name, address where past items were sent because I dont want to give my cell number.. . But they just said the same thing. I now un-installed the app and will not use them ever again. They got my money, and the credit I had left but in the long run, they loose because they list a paying customer. Also, I feel they sell your information because ever since I started using temu, I started getting emails from all kinds of businesses.
I'm done with temu, it a shame too because some of the items were fair price and I was happy with those purchases.”
“Lured by pretty great prices, I signed up. Everything seemed fine upon checkout, and I received order confirmation emails. Shortly after that, I got emails - one for each order - asking me to verify that I own the credit card used. I guess that's being very cautious, although in over 25 years of online purchases, have NEVER had to verify that I own the card I entered. They wanted a photo, with a few things blocked out, and although a bit suspicious, I sent them the requested image, twice (one for each order.) Then they asked for a copy of my billing statement showing the last 4 numbers on the account! Something is VERY wrong there. Either they don't know how to conduct business and verify an account even with a photo of the card itself... or there's potential fraud. I cancelled my brand new account and will NEVER visit them again.”

“I placed orders for almost $200 and only received one shipment for around $20. I had to pay $1 to talk to someone from Customer Service. I’ve tried texting, calling, multiple times to no avail of speaking to a real person. All they have to do is see if items were returned. I didn’t receive anything so I can’t answer many of the questions below!”
“If you could give a minus 10 I would. First of all I was overcharged after winning spin the wheel twice at 100 percent free both times. Then they send every little item in a different packet so you have to pay shipping on each item. The "free" spin wheel is deceptive. You get coupons that are good on your next purchase. Of course they don't tell you that up front. I was over charged 150 dollars. Had to chat with three different people and they kept giving me the runaround and refused to reimburse me. They can keep their damn free coupons. This site has been shutdown in Vietnam and hopefully the US will shut them down too. They are crooked and could care less about ripping you off.”
