“Horrible company. I ordered furniture and the screws were too small and too short to secure the bottom. Now it's flimsy and probably won't last. Temu said they would refund my credit card as the supplier was not correcting the problem. Then they sent another email saying they would not refund my credit card and that the earlier email was a mistake. Now I am supposed to package and ship the furniture back because of 4 missing screws. I am a 70-year-old senior and there is no way I am dragging a huge heavy box to UPS. Rip off company! They should have zero stars! Shameful.”

Once you place an order your entire phone, and email account,, and SMS will be BOMBARDED with dozens of pop ups daily, spam, emails, and they've even infiltrated my Facebook feed. Your phone will be like a casino game with content spinning, flashing, pop up and bogus emails. “I don't know why Temu is using J&T express delivery. It's very late, they are very rude and not polite. They don't answer the phone. They insult. They don't want to deliver the parcel on time. They are the worst. Even though they have bad reviews but still Temu is using that courrier. Either change it or modify it. Very bad experience. Unsatisfied at all. All the time my order is delayed by more than 4 or 5 days after the courrier took my parcel it is so sad”

They were cheap, flimsy, ordered bowls with lids, and some of the lids came broken. Everything was smaller and flier than what it appeared in the photos. Deleted my account and will never order from them again.”

I was willing to pay the difference that is not an option instead at the beginning when I first had my family members clicking on my link it was taking off a dollar and as one by one went down The dollar taking off got less and less I ended up owing $.10 and I refuse to send it to any more family members you’re better off if you just want the products go to Amazon and make your purchase there. At least you can get hopefully a better quality and you’re not littering your families and friends mailboxes, and in boxes with garbage”

“My order said it was delivered December 12 Temu sent an email stating they will refund my money and I can still keep my package once delivered. At the same time all of a sudden the package was delivered but I never received it and now they are very rude and I still owe affirm 50.02. For items I still do not have ax of now. I order from this company damn near every other week because I love what they have but after this and the rudeness of their customer service I'm okay with paying more. It's the principal.”
