“I have never experienced issues or problem while shopping at Temu. I do agree that the quality is not always what we are all expecting to be ,however considering the price I shouldn't complaint . Secondly, I always read the description of the product properly, as couple of time the product arrived was too small ,but again I should not blame Temu for that . “I am very pleased with my shopping experience with Temu. Yes, the packages do sometimes have a delay, but if you don't get your order on time, they give you a $5 credit towards your next purchase. I git some flip flops that were very uncomfortable for my feet, they gave me a full refund and didn't want me to return it. The reason fir the 3 stars is the promise of free items, never have I received any free items from the offers that they give nor through the games that they have. Now Temu's competition sent me 3 free gifts without any purchase, to show they appreciate my business... When buying clothing items, read the reviews, because some stuff runs bigger than USA sizes.”
“I type STOP on the messaging but they continually send me messages. plus they added new merchants to Temu. even though my order ships "free" one item or more will have a shipping charge.... they end me a "mystery box" please don't get started on those. scammers! it started out they were great to deal with but now I just don't c are to deal with them anymore. it takes forever to receive my order too”

It has been a month and five phone calls and my refund has not been processed in the bank. Also I received an item without its plug today. It is useless! I have called and complained. They are doing nothing about either issue. Some items are fine, some are cheaply made, and some disputes are not fairly resolved. I will not buy from them again and do not recommend them to anybody!”

“I got hooked on temu brfore I knew what hit me. I have purchased over 80 times from them.
In recognition of my high standing, they send me an email telling me that becsuse of my huge numbers of purchases that I've won 5 free items. It then told me to pick 5 items.
This next step took me a couple of hours becsuse I wanted to make the most out of these five freebies.
After I picked all five, it tells me that I'm also winning a sixth item and leeds me to a catalog site where I can pick a 6th item.
So I did, then it tells me that for that sixth prize, I needed to give them a bunch of my contacts. Feeling really manipulated, I gave them 6 or 7 and that was it. I even called everyone whom I shared their contacts and told them to just delete anything from Temu. I was only short one penny to reach my shared request.
I got upset and refused to give them another word or even a look
So even though I had already picked our my 5 free items, I lost all of them because I wouldn't give them any more of my contacts.
I was one penny a¹way and now I'm out of all their false offers.

“I ordered 3 wigs from Temu. They have very low quality construction and sent wrong colors
. Not the colors I ordered or the style that was shown. They think they will get away with it because they are cheap and it’s a hassle to return. They use cheap materials and construction on many items. Amazon has better quality wigs in sane styles but much better construction. The wig cap shows thru on one wig and the side panels show on another, the color is wrong on one that I ordered platinum blonde and it came light brown. I don’t know if I ever will order from Temu again.”
“BEWARE I ordered from Temu package was sent out for some reason it only had my city and state location no house address but all my address was updated on Temu so fed ex got the package to deliver but couldn’t because of insufficient address so I called customer service at FedEx they told me I had to contact Temu so they could get in touch with FedEx to get right address so I did Temu told me I had to get in touch with FedEx which I did Temu just gave me the run around so I guess I’m out of money on that order but be sure I will NEVER order from them again”
