They outright mislead you! I was a faithful customer for many years and I’m done with them because of their dishonesty”

“Dont fall for the prices. The delivery companies they use are also cheap and lousy.
They just leave the package in a public place without telling you they delivered it and slimeballs just help themselves. Temus site say “package delivered” but if I dont check my email every five minutes the package can be out in the open for a couple of hours or more.”

I got 30% off using code afb28153 and bought clothes, makeup, slippers and got lots of stocking fillers too. Definitely worth it in my opinion, sizes are true to size, and items are of decent quality as well as bargains!”
“Horrible company. I ordered furniture and the screws were too small and too short to secure the bottom. Now it's flimsy and probably won't last. Temu said they would refund my credit card as the supplier was not correcting the problem. Then they sent another email saying they would not refund my credit card and that the earlier email was a mistake. Now I am supposed to package and ship the furniture back because of 4 missing screws. I am a 70-year-old senior and there is no way I am dragging a huge heavy box to UPS. Rip off company! “Temu is becoming worse and worse. The actual shopping experience is a nightmare with pop up, spin to play games, and coupons offers and none of the aforementioned ever gets discounted. Once you place an order your entire phone, and email account,, and SMS will be BOMBARDED with dozens of pop ups daily, spam, emails, and they've even infiltrated my Facebook feed. Your phone will be like a casino game with content spinning, flashing, pop up and bogus emails. You may as well delete your online account, change your identity and leave the country to get away from this blood sucking, dishonest, wildly aggressive excuse of a company. Yes, you van get some item for cheap but it takes a ton of time and hassle and is 100% not worth it.”
“I don't know why Temu is using J&T express delivery. It's very late, they are very rude and not polite. They don't answer the phone. They insult. They don't want to deliver the parcel on time. They are the worst. Even though they have bad reviews but still Temu is using that courrier. Either change it or modify it. Very bad experience. Unsatisfied at all. All the time my order is delayed by more than 4 or 5 days after the courrier took my parcel it is so sad”

Their automated responses are pathetic and an insult to customer service to which is lacking with them ! They definitely lost a loyal customer for sure !”
