“Everything I purchased was exactly as described. However, Temu has a bad return policy. Instead of refunding my money they gave it as a credit, so then I had to turn around and purchase some other items to add up to that refund amount, of course I went over and paid the difference of $24.00 because it wouldn't let me order some stuff I had to split it in two separate orders. Just another way for Temu to sell stuff.”
“Why I prefer Shein to Temu.I submitted an order to Shein and Temu on exactly the same day. Shein delivered really quick, Temu....well still waiting..they try and passify you with R20 with delayed deliveries but ONLY valid if you use it on a next order. One gets bombarded with discount offers on a daily basis, Temu inflates the prices to then offer a "discount" which is actually the regular price on Shein or less. Please do your homework on pricing. Shein has a 'love' heart button where one can store liked items..with Temy anything that you like and might want in the future has to go in the cart, to be harrassed on a daily basis by Temu.. I have ordered from Temu before and the items EVENTUALLY delivered were to satisfaction. Clothing duties/taxes were extremely high”
“Some items were great...delivery good. But after a couple of months started getting lax. Received a ring 4 times and it wasn't as pictured. Credits they give partial credits and have you keep the merchandise hmmm? I lost interest and stopped ordering.”

“I have gotten some good items from Temu. If you don't want to ship from overseas, there are local places to order from. But, you have to read the description, and see what kind of material it is or what the dimensions are, just like anywhere else you order from. What I don't like about Temu is the constant "coupon bundles and free prizes". They tell you to pick a certain amount of items and you're saving $, but the prices are a lot higher than they usually are. Like a pair of shoes you normally see for $12 will be $24. You don't have to take part in the bundles, I don't. I also don't like how they telI you to hurry and buy the item in your cart because it's almost sold out. I do not believe this, and I wish they would stop that. I gave them 3 stars because of the shady bundle offers and hurry and buy pop ups and because they need to make their vendors say exactly what a product is in the description.If it's a chair, say it's a chair, if it's a picture of a chair, say it's a picture. Don't get me wrong, there are good vendors on Temu, who include all the accurate information and have quality products at low prices.”
“This was a great website. Many bargain prices for quality items. Beware. Some delivery companies will take pictures of your home including your address and front door and post it on the web page. Temu will not remove these! Information and security will be at risk. You will have to hire a lawyer. I suggest shopping somewhere else from now on.”
“Some things I got from Temu were right . I guess you have to read the fine print and not rely on the picture. Sizes are blown up to appear larger . I ordered a lamp but when I got it was a piece of plastic with a picture of a lamp printed on it.”
“I've been ordering for the past few months all the products seem to be good the only problem I have is they give you a chance to win free gifts if you buy more I made a few purchases but no free gifts get rid of the free coupons and the wheel spinning if your not going to give free gifts it says 3 free gifts I pick them then I have to spend more money to get a free gift and it not a gift I choose I like the items and I think the prices are really reasonable but stop with the false hope”
“I'm currently on the fence. I've ordered 3 different times. The first was for a couple of long sleeved tshirts basically. I ordered medium, thinking their clothing might run small. Nope, shirts are way too big.
Second order was for a pair of jeans and a pair of pants. Ordered small and they are too big. The pants look like they're made out of snow pants material, so I will be donating those. I will try to shrink the jeans, but they do not look much like the cute ones in the picture that I ordered.
Third order is for two swimsuits...same suit but a small and a medium. They haven't arrived yet. This will probably be my final order. Too many unknowns.”
“I enjoy most of the items I buy. If I don’t like them I can get a refund, which is a good thing. But what I don’t like is the fact that when you do order , temu promises discount when you buy, and they do not follow through. There are discounts and coupons every time you order but I never seem to get my bundle coupons or discounts until you order again I’ve ordered three times in a row and still yet to receive any bundle or my free items.”
“I had purchased the Xmas pop up money boxes and they did not work well. Quite disappointing on Christmas morning. Nothing like it shows on the site. My bill was over $40 which I was shocked at.”
“So far it’s been okay. I have ordered journals to give out as swag at conferences I attend for my company. The orders so far have come surprisingly quick. I order labels from elsewhere and place my labels on all the journals. I have ordered a few extra things but haven’t received yet. Supposedly on the way. The thing I don’t like is they tell you to spin and get a coupon. I got a $400 coupon but you can’t take it at once. They give it to you in $20 increments after so much money spent and $50 after so much money spent and gave me literally 5 days to order basically 2,000 in merch to save the 400. No thanks. That’s really scammy. And once you spin their stupid wheel, it keeps going and you can’t get back to the site. It’s ridiculous. Anyway, as long as I receive what I order it’s fine. The journals are a little cheap, but for my purposes they work. I imagine the prices are going to go way up after Trump takes office so I probably won’t continue to use them much longer.”
