“I am having a HORRIBLE experience with Tenfold Animations! After realizing that I was upcharged on 2 sets of QR codes and ISBN codes ($2,900 for one book), I requested an estimate on my ROI for my 2nd book as I am considering canceling the contract due to unsatisfactory customer service. I have not received any information regarding an ROI for my current contract (no draft to review) nor have I received a satisfactory explanation regarding the uncharged and duplicate invoices. This was my first experience publishing a book...I don't believe Tenfold has published a book before, or my manager had very little knowledge of the process. He actually submitted a short draft to me (of my 2nd book) with the sequences were incorrect. He admitted that he had not read my book because he couldn't find the copy I sent. OMG! This company is incompetent and uncharge to the point of swindling customers out of money. My advice...BEWARE and go elsewhere!”
“I sent a script for a short animated film. I was quoted a price. I said okay but this was my absolute limit. I signed a contract and sent a deposit. I was then told it would be much more expensive. Hal spent an hour trying to convince me to spend much more, “guaranteed” I would make between $30,000 and $1,000,000. He finally said they would proceed only if I sent the whole amount before they did a single drawing. I declined. They promised a refund but have kept my money.”
