“I was disappointed when trying to get cover on a loan car that the garage was lending me whilst mine was in for a gearbox repair. Tesco would not cover the car as it was on a traders insurance. The garage said other insurance companies did. I had to pay another insurance company for temporary cover.”

“I am disappointed by my service with Tesco Bank. On the statements they often don't tell you who has paid you (or nee paid by you). You are just given a whole series of numbers but no name. I recently had a case of fraud and Tesco promptly repaid me and cancelled and replaced my debit card. BUT after some 4 weeks yet another fraudulent payment was taken using the cancelled card! I have not used the new card but no pay by cash or cheque. Bernard Pearson.”
