Appalling! Have made 4 calls in the last 3 hours to report card stolen, expecting to speak to a person rather than a machine. The last call had me on hold for 54 minutes before I put the phone down. Shame on you Tesco. You don't deserve the business!

3 years ago great car insurer. This year they increase my car insurance £20 monthly more than year before. As I compared insurances else where its much cheaper than Tesco. Shame but every penny counts so I`m leaving

I was trying to open a bond and have a problem with the security code? anyway I've phoned three times today and the second call the lady opened my one year bond and was very helpful until trying to get the security code correct so after a long wait on the phone I was twice cut off which I found disgraceful so my first experience trying to become a Tesco Bank customer has not been very pleasant I would think they may have a problem with this disgraceful attitude I'm over seventy years old and would like a just a little bit more help that's all I need. Thanks John

Credit card i have not got bank with tesco and i keeo getting messages from them saying you have baught this that that and that i dont own a credit card nor do i want one ive been in fieldhead for months come out and had mental break down the fact that tescp have realesed a credit card in my name is disgusting and i will kill ym self if they dont sort this out simple

I hold bank and credit card accounts with 2 main UK high street banks, and Tesco. Without doubt, over time, my experience is that Tesco is the poorest with regard to correct account presentation and also App access to my accounts. Today, for a reason the Tesco assistant is unable to explain, I (and it was clear I was not alone) am unable to access my accounts via the Tesco banking App on my iPad, and he was unable to say when, if at all, I would be able to in the future. I find shopping in Tesco a good experience, but it’s a pity their supporting Banking services let them down so badly by comparison.

I lost my Tesco credit card and I’ve had problems with getting on my app. I’ve phoned a couple of times and actually spoke to the same person.. his name is Tony ( didn’t give a surname) but I can honestly say it’s the best telephone customer service I’ve every had . So helpful and such a friend guy. Restores your faith.

Hello guys, I'm extremely disappointed with Tesco car insurance!!!! One word: SCAMMERS!!! I had my car insurance form 20/12/20 with Tesco bank, on 22/01/21 someone hit my car and run away, luckily my mother heard the banging noise and managed to take a picture of his no plate. I've made the claim, on 18\12\2021 I received the renewal proposal which was way more expensive than the previous one, when I've checked my insurance account I noticed that the renewal is automatic, so that made me ask myself what kind of trick is that (there is a cancellation fee). So I called customer service to cancel the renewal and ask for my no claims bonus proof, which they send with 0 years instead of 2 years. I've contacted customer support they asked me to call the claim department, claim department asked me to call the customer support department. At some point, the claim support had more "patience" with my case and decided to open "open my eyes" So because they didn't had enough time (almost 1 year without a few days) to resolve my claim the big company can't provide me with No-Claims Bonus proof until the claim is closed, but if I really need those 2 years of no claims bonus proof I need to pay the difference of money to cover my car repair (I paid £450 few days later after I made the claim as they requested, not saying that the voluntary excess it was only £250) the damage of my car was almost nothing: the front grill cracked, the plate no holder and 1cm scratch. £1300 for that ?? that is ridiculous for a 10-year-old car with almost no damage, they didn't paint the bumper! I still have my old scratches! So basically I would need to pay +£2000 for insurance now instead of £800 because they didn't manage to resolve an easy claim with pictures proof. First, they said after a few months that were negotiating with the wrong insurance company, couple of months ago they found the right insurance company but the communication is very slow. Jokers !!! I think that all this was made on porous because greediness purposes. I've made a complaint on Financial Ombudsman Service website, I'd like a bit of advice from someone that had a similar experience. Thanks

Very quick call centre response times. Only ever had to wait on hold for about 5 mins tops.
