“Well why dos certain stores take stock off too soon my partner went today Valentine's Day to get me some gifts and quess what they had emtyied the shelves of all valentines goods and said its now going to be stocked for Mother's Day. How can a store emty shelves on the day in question so I ended up with no valentines gifts. Tesco in question is the store in greenfield do not rate it at all”

“I purchased a pair of shoes for my step sons wedding. this has been a rushed wedding due to the fact that he has had a transplant after being diagnosed with liver cancer. he spent a long time in a coma and that in critical care. the day was very beautiful with many tears shed.”

“Neath Tesco store is looking a bit tired, it has recently had a refit but the building is rusty and not looking it's best.”

“Non delivery of goods, being lied too by there partner company DOMU. This is the second time they have let me down - just never deal with this third rate, poor quality, bad service and no real way of complaining company. Fortunately I paid by credit card and have told this company not to honour the payment. Hopefully if more people do this the card companies will think twice about dealing with them. Happy Xmas to all but TESCO, I hope there senior staff have a bad one.”

“I have shopped at Tesco’s for years. However, I am now buying from other supermarkets more than ever before due to the high number of products Tesco stock which contain palm oil. I strongly believe only sustainable palm oil should be used due to the numerous environmental issues palm oil production leads to. I urge Tesco’s to develop a sustainable palm oil policy and to use alternative oils in their own brand products where sustainable palm oil cannot be sourced.”

“Ordering, making changes and selecting item was pretty straightforward. My only complaint Is that you have to order and pay for groceries placed separately to buying itms from Tesco direct - does not make sense to me.”

“Very friendly stuff , if you can find anybody in shop floor when you need help, but it very hard, you can look for long time and don’t see stuff. Some products on shells out of date, few times it was for half year, one in frozen ready meals, another on honey.”

“Not happy had tub of Tesco coleslaw which was not out of date took it back to saundersfoot store& was told by manager can't you eat it. It had gone off was "working" & bubbling. Agreed to give refund but commented you bought it in a larger store”

“I have shopped at Tesco for many years they used to provide good quality at a reasonable price. Sadly that's no longer my experience. I find the prices rising dramatically in some cases and the quality of fresh goods often borders on the unacceptable. I was also shocked to find that the store managers have little or no say in which goods are stocked and are powerless to continue certain food items even though they sell fairly well in their particular shop, if the "powers that be" decide to stop stocking an item. Tesco may have good buying power but their greed for a profit seems to blind them to quality I find that really sad as I always found Tesco superior to other similar supermarkets..”
