“I think Tesco’s is becoming more like Ryanair there’s always a catch to any deal or sale they offer”

“Just been to my local Tesco Cleckheaton and want to say Thanky to Norma on the till she was absolutely brilliant. She packed all my stuff for me with a smile on her face what a brilliant customer service Thanky very much 👍👍”

“Hi I Go to Tesco in Windsor town and a young boy called Lewis is always so helpful on a number of occasions he has been the only member of staff working while others giggle in the corner sometimes making me feel uncomfortable o have voiced this before. So thank you kindly young Lewis for all your help and kindness”

“Tesco Bradley stoke. I have great problems walking/standing no help. Told to back to see security about 100 yards away. The guy had already been told about my problem. But just shrugged. Phoned call centre, after long wait had pointless conversation. Obviously will try to find a more understanding place to shop”

“I was one of the lucky people to get an online shop from Tesco. I haven’t been well so self isolating. I asked for shopping to be in bags which it was and even came 10 mins early. Mark, the delivery driver was very courteous and said if there was a problem to contact customer services-thank you Mark. Only issue was that the milk I’d ordered had leaked a bit but don’t think that was Mark’s fault and nit a big problem, just grateful I could get an order delivered. Thank you Mark and Tesco 😊”

“why is it what made you happy ? what about what made you angry ? parked 1 hour to long at Elgin got a Tesco fine, spent approx. £70 at Tesco + plus the fine been shopping at Tesco for years fuel/food/drink/other goods, yeh that makes me angry”

“I called in at Finden Tesco (not my usual store) and Luke was extremely helpful in supporting me to find goods. I was surprised to find a well stocked store with a great variety of tempting Christmas goodies which I could not resist buying. I will look forward to returning soon”

“My partner is in and out of hospital so I occasionally use ready meals the Tescos chicken with mushroom sauce and baby potatoes is amazing!!!! Tastes like home made well done.....”

“Tesco online delivery service is very good, if a product I ordered isn't available Tesco send an alternative and if I don't want to accept the it goes back to store. On the rare occasion a product is poor quality I send it back and my money is refunded without problems. The delivery staff are very helpful and pleasant and they are part of the reason I choose to shop with Tesco .”

“Was in Dungannon tescos branch , I was looking for a type of lettuce so asked a member of staff at the fruit and vegetable section. She was not very helpful at all, she called a colleague over and she was equally unhelpful(claimed they had no phones to check stick, and said if it's not out we don't have it, they never even came to the lettuce section to check. I was very disappointed in their response. Continued to the cereal section where I wanted to buy Weetabix minis, could not find any so asked a member of staff (Domo), he was so helpful and polite. He went out to check the storage area and even suggested an alternative. He certainly was so different to the pervious member. Well done Domo, it's a pity there are not more like him.”
