“Ray from Tesco Super Store delivered my order today 03/05/2024 and I rate him as outstanding . I have to say all the drivers, are always polite & friendly and so helpful. Any problems, with your order, they rectify immediately. 'Well done all of Tesco Delivery Drivers' Been using the service since the start of Covid Lockdown and will continue to use this great service. Many Thanks!”

“I am a big Tesco online shopper. I either get it delivered or collect from the store. Collected this morning and John was absolutely lovely. I've never had any issues with my deliveries or collections. All the drivers are so nice and always helpful.”

“i would like to commend a Tesco delivery driver who comes some weeks because he is so pleasant and efficient. He is always cheerful and helpful and so willing to bring the delivery into the kitchen and empty the crates because I am not physically able to do this. His name is Kemar. Indeed most of the drivers are very helpful. i remembered to ask for his name yesterday because he is so good and very quick as well.”

“I had the pleasure of being served at the check-out by a lovely polite young lady, Olivia, in the Tesco Extra store in Leyland. Her politeness and smile was lovely. I have always found the staff at the store very helpful and Hazel on the Customer Service needs a mention too. Thank you Olivia and Hazel for making my visit to the store delightful.”

“The young man who delivered my shopping went over and beyond the service we have received before, he brought the delivery to my kitchen and even asked if he could empty the trays onto the side for me. Which was so kind but we were OK doing this ourselves. This young man deserves recognition for his customer service.”

“Tesco Leytonstone E11 staff are exceptionally helpful whatever time of the day you shop. Male staff saw me limping he took my trolley & place all my items on the convey belt amazing service, didn’t get his name. Also want to give shout out for Nikky C what a treasure she is . Helpful go the extra mile.”

“Tesco Extra Walsall is a great store. They have fantastic staff, who go the extra mile for the community they serve. They have helped a local primary school by donating equipment, helping children learn about growing flowering plants and vegetables. Thank you!!”

“I want to thank all the staff at Bewdley Tesco Express as their customer service is outstanding ,always friendly ,helpful and polite and always have a smile .I regularly shop here as its my local store and will continue to shop here because the service is so good .I also send and receive parcels from Vinted through Evri and they always have other staff available if tills are busy .Nigel the Store Manager and his team make sure this store is always fully stocked ,tidy and a happy environment to shop in .I have been served by Ben quite a few times and want to give a special mention to him as he has a lovely manner and nothing is too much trouble .I think the store should be rewarded in some way for creating a positive shopping experience .Thank you all 😊”

“Our delivery driver is called Jai. I normally get my delivery on a Sunday morning. Jai is an absolute ray of sunshine even on a rainy day. He puts my bottled water in the hall just where I can easily pop in the cupboard. He carries the rest to the kitchen for me and helps me unload the trays. He’s so full of joy and happiness by the time he leaves I can’t stop smiling. Thank you Jai!! Tesco….you’ve got a diamond here in Jai!!!”

“Hi I went to your store today so this wasnt a home delivery but i really wanted to find the time to give a 5***** review. I must say it was a pleasure, you had plenty of floor staff, regardless of where I went there was someone there to help. Your food selection was amazing and appeared to be a very high standard. All cashiers were working which created less ques, service was fast and very friendly and helpful. The cashier was so lovely and bent over backwards to help me she even got up out of her seat to help me pack. This made a change compared to other food stores I have shopped in. You deserve the business. Thank you x”
