“I would like to say a big thank you to my local Tesco, the Tesco Metro, Broad Street Staple Hill. The staff have been brilliant during these unprecedented times. They are doing all they can to ensure the customers safety, with a strict one in one out entry, the use of one entrance to go in, and the other to leave, markers to ensure the 2 metres distance is observed. The staff have been polite and helpful, I have also been able to buy nearly all that I need even toilet roll, absolutely fantastic. What has been disappointing is other customers attitude such as disregarding the entering by one door and leaving by the other. Keep up the good work Staple Hill Metro you are amazing”

“Visited the Market Weighton branch this morning. I am really impressed by the way Tesco is trying it’s best to keep us safe. Yes, I had to queue for a while but it is a lovely sunny day, so that’s ok. Might not be so pleasant in the rain. Tesco can’t influence the weather. Only let in a few of us at a time,! So it was an unusually peaceful experience. Not every shelf is full. No toilet roll as usual. But I believe that’s more the fault of the greedy. I felt they cared about both customers and colleagues. Well done Tesco. ! You have done your best in this awful situation we find ourselves in. Top marks 😊”

“Visited Tesco Store at Bangor, Gwynedd this afternoon having been shopping in the City Centre earlier. Did not feel comfortable around the city , with the threat of Covid-19 in the back of one's mind. When we arrived at Tesco it was so good to see staff cleaning down the trollies before we took one and what's more - handed us a large blue cloth soaked in disinfectant / sanitiser which one could use to wash one's hands thoroughly before entering the store ! ! 10 out of 10 Tesco ! ! ! - will feel more confident shopping at this store in future - with this threat to one's health around us. Keep safe everyone ! !”

“I would just like to thank the team at Tesco Express in codnor. Your customer service skills are fantastic nothing is too much trouble. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile. The store is always well stocked and well presented. And a special mention to store manager Matt. Iv never seen him not pitching in. Hes always re filling shelves. And tidying the store.”

“I have to praise the Organic Turkey we brought from your Eastbourne store for Christmas Day. I believe the supplier was Brown. It was the most succulent and tasty Turkey we had ever tasted all the family raved about it. The price was good and we will return next year,hope you continue to sell these.”

“I used the Tesco grocery home delivery service for the first time this week, this was for delivery at my mother-in-laws home in West Ogwell, Newton Abbot. She suffers from hearing issues and demenia and did not answer the door to accept the delivery. Matthew the delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure the delivery finally got to her. We live in Surrey, 120 miles away but he called my mobile several times to devise a plan. After dropping all his deliveries he returned to my mother-in-law's address and with the help of a neighbour and carer made sure the drop was made. I cannot praise this tenacious man enough, above and beyond where many others would have returned to base with the shopping.”

“Almost always on time. Drivers always bring stuff through to kitchen. Will sometimes give higher grade replacements for better quality items. Website very easy to navigate. It is a massive timesaver for me to have delivery.”
