“Ordered my wife's new coat and a few more bits totaling to 450 pounds on the 16th of november for her birthday on the 25th of november, also paid for 2 day delivery, it's now the 6th of December and I've repeatedly emailed and asked but nothing is happening, in been egnored and it's not even going to be here for xmas by the looks of things”

Everyday text saying sorry for delay we are getting your order ready !! 3 weeks later I get a email stating your order has been dispatched. Hmmm ok at least it’s on it’s way. Package arrived 2 out of 6 items in it and a message your order has been delivered. Phoned customer services demanded refund for missing items to which I got thank god. And said other items out of stock sorry. “Dear Tessuti Would it not be easier to contact the customer within 72 hours or update your systems so your items show on-line IN STOCK or OUT OF STOCK before they order? “ just a thought it wasn’t hard might defuse these bad reviews your getting. “Utterly useless, sent me the wrong item requested an exchange never heard anything back from them contacted them via there online form waited a week no response, had to get in touch with the via twitter explained situation 5 times to 5 different people no one would actually answer finally got an answer despite sending them proof of postage they refused to send to the correct items nor refund me so have now had to raise a chargeback claim with my bank which will take another 30 days to get my money back. don’t waste your time ordering whatever you was planning to order, order from elsewhere trust me it isn’t worth the hassle and if you have already ordered from there good luck your going need it.”
