“There is no response and the escalation team has no respect and feelings for the customers who pay them in advance to book classes. It's Humiliating and rude behaviour from the Driver instructor. The customer service is not responding. It's only the Chat. I request all the People to not use their service. These people I think treating everybody with the same manners and attitude. It was me who had a Socratic attitude of questioning the concern people. This is my Emprical knowledge and lived experience with the instructor. I thing many people will not even question the authority.”

“Driver was extremely rude, not responsive to the messges and impolite in his communication, approach and unprofessional in his behaviour and threatening in his attitude and service. He threatened me saying that i can complain to anybody and that makes him no issue. He was reminding me about my inefficiency for post poning my driving test which was none of his busness. He asked me to complain stating that he was only boss and there was none above him. This kind of Driving instructors are not only a bad package but will get the the reputation of the organisation deteriorate and worsen the whole experience of trusting the driving and learning organisations. The heads of the organisation must feel ashamed.”

“Paid for a driving instructor course. Got an email a few months later to say it's been cancelled. Tried emailing and phoning. Nothing. Lost £1400. Stay clear.”

“Signed up for 10 hours for my son. Lessons keep getting cancelled. Driving instructor not really interested in getting him through and not interested in his progress. Unacceptable!”

“Two words. Jahir Salihu. Jahir is an excellent instructor who is friendly, kind, and clear with instruction. I highly encourage anyone who is looking for an instructor to work with him. I passed my practical on my first attempt with only two minors. I owe that all to Jahir, who not only helped get my license but taught me how to be a safe driver. Thank you AA!”

“Ahmad Zia Kohistani deserves to win Driving Instructor of the year! He is amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor, Ahmad is extremely patient and determined to make you ready for the roads! He always made sure to focus on my needs and weaknesses in our lessons. I’m so grateful to have had him as my Instructor, I hope everyone is able to have the awesome experience I had with Ahmad. I want to personally thank Ahmad for not just teaching me how to drive but also having faith in me when I was losing faith in myself, you’re the best! He certainly deserves all the recognition he receives because he’s great at what he does! Thank you so much.”

“Instructor: Muhammad Malik During the session, the instructor raised his voice at me and spoke in a demeaning manner, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and distressed. This led to me breaking down in tears and being unable to complete the lesson. Instructor refused to refund me money. Complaint to DVLA has been sent.”

“Very rude and arrogant driving instructor who spent a lot of time each lesson talking whilst parked at the side of the road instead of teaching practical driving . Driving instructor turned up 15-45 minutes late each lesson with no apology.”

“Sayeed was really patient with me,I wouldn’t have passed at first attempt without his guidance I would recommend him as an instructor to my friends and family anytime He always took time and made sure I understood my mistakes and corrected them accordingly”

“AA Driving is the best brand driving school in the UK. My driving instructor called Jesuthasan Rajkumar (Raj), he prepared me to I passed first time and he taught me well in a fun and engaging way with his excellent methods of teaching.”

“I can't thank David Meredith enough for his incredible guidance and support as my driving instructor through THEAA Driving School. His expertise and extensive driving experience were evident in every lesson. “I had an amazing experience learning to drive with Freddie! He was incredibly patient and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. His calm approach and ability to explain things clearly made a big difference, even when I made mistakes - he always took the time to ensure I understood what I needed to improve. The AA made the booking process simple and straightforward, and I was even refunded for the unused hours after I passed - with just one minor!! :) Thank you Freddie for helping me to becoming a fully licensed driver!”
