“The instructor was very impatient abd irrational. It did not help that he was I could not understand somethings he said coz of his foreign accent.”

“Two words. Jahir Salihu. Jahir is an excellent instructor who is friendly, kind, and clear with instruction. I highly encourage anyone who is looking for an instructor to work with him. I passed my practical on my first attempt with only two minors. I owe that all to Jahir, who not only helped get my license but taught me how to be a safe driver. Thank you AA!”

“Ahmad Zia Kohistani deserves to win Driving Instructor of the year! He is amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor, Ahmad is extremely patient and determined to make you ready for the roads! He always made sure to focus on my needs and weaknesses in our lessons. I’m so grateful to have had him as my Instructor, I hope everyone is able to have the awesome experience I had with Ahmad. I want to personally thank Ahmad for not just teaching me how to drive but also having faith in me when I was losing faith in myself, you’re the best! He certainly deserves all the recognition he receives because he’s great at what he does! Thank you so much.”

“Instructor: Muhammad Malik During the session, the instructor raised his voice at me and spoke in a demeaning manner, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and distressed. This led to me breaking down in tears and being unable to complete the lesson. Instructor refused to refund me money. Complaint to DVLA has been sent.”

“Very rude and arrogant driving instructor who spent a lot of time each lesson talking whilst parked at the side of the road instead of teaching practical driving . Driving instructor turned up 15-45 minutes late each lesson with no apology.”

“Sayeed was really patient with me,I wouldn’t have passed at first attempt without his guidance I would recommend him as an instructor to my friends and family anytime He always took time and made sure I understood my mistakes and corrected them accordingly”

“AA Driving is the best brand driving school in the UK. My driving instructor called Jesuthasan Rajkumar (Raj), he prepared me to I passed first time and he taught me well in a fun and engaging way with his excellent methods of teaching.”

“I can't thank David Meredith enough for his incredible guidance and support as my driving instructor through THEAA Driving School. His expertise and extensive driving experience were evident in every lesson. Despite my mistakes, he remained incredibly patient, taking the time to explain each error in detail to help me understand and improve. “I had an amazing experience learning to drive with Freddie! He was incredibly patient and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. His calm approach and ability to explain things clearly made a big difference, even when I made mistakes - he always took the time to ensure I understood what I needed to improve. The AA made the booking process simple and straightforward, and I was even refunded for the unused hours after I passed - with just one minor!! :) Thank you Freddie for helping me to becoming a fully licensed driver!”

“Brilliant! I've always been a motorcyclist since my teen years and I'm now 50. Never driven a car my life. I used AA and Ricky J was my instructor. Great instructor, great sense of humor and made me feel confident since day one. A few months later and I passed my test first time! Thank you very much Ricky, much appreciated!!!!”

“Driving instructors are great. However, I already knew how to drive. Instructor insisted I needed at least 3 more lessons before my test. I couldn't put together the money for that. When I asked about moving my test because I couldn't make it happen, the driver didn't respond. Then he cancelled our booking for the day of the test with only 2 working days left. I have two issues- one, he was obviously wrong. I passed easily. However, he reserves the right to decide not to take me to the test. Two, the timing with which the lesson was cancelled. I had to emergency book another company. I have complained and no one at the company will even take a minute to acknowledge that the timing was an inconvenience. What a terrible company with terrible service.”

“Andre Quincani made an error with the date he verbally provided me with for my next lesson. Instead of accepting that he may have given me a different date to the one that he input in the AA system, making a genuine mistake, he called and got very aggressive with his tone and proceeded to insult me. This is not something you should expect from a driving instructor with the AA.”

“Zahid Ali was fantastic from start to finish, always great with communication and helping me get over my initial fears of driving. Also was fantastic in giving me the confidence to drive in new conditions such as the dark and even a heavy storm once. Really grateful to have been able to pass first time especially thanks to his support over the last few months!”

“Learnt with Christian in Plymouth. As an ex-biker I've got a heavy foot and a "I can make that gap" attitude, so not something that can be easily taught to stop. Very safe, well maintained car. Very good with the early lessons utilising the dual controls to assist in those early mistakes and keeping calm. You'll also get some good jokes and trivia along the way.”
