“After deciding to restore my 40 year old record deck I stalled at the final piece of the puzzle which was a new MC cartridge where things started to get complicated with regard to tone arm and amplifier requirements. I contacted Audiobarn where my concerns were put to rest by conversations with Jack and Andy who were extremely helpful. I am at present revisiting my vinyl record collection being played through a Hana EL cartridge which is sounding better every day. Fantastic service.”

“The service I received from Audiobarn is a little less than brilliant. My LP12 was long overdue for a service. Steve is on his own when it comes to the LP12. However, apart from his remarkable knowledge, the service he provides is second to none. I could go on for ages but this review does not give me the opportunity. Fantastic. e”

“Fantastic service - friendly, personal and very knowledgeable. I traded in my old headphones for a new pair. Jack at the Audio Barn was great to deal with and kept me in the loop at every stage of the process - from getting my old headphones collected to keeping me informed when my new ones would arrive. I can't recommend Audi Barn highly enough - fabulous!”

“Many thanks to Andy Holt (The Audiobarn) who relly helped in obtaining the Auralic Altair G1. High qulity streaming has made a huge difference in being able to listen to some of the gretest musicians of ouf our generation in high quality audio. "Remeber the best music is the music you haven't heard yet" Also Andy recommended the Sennheiser RS175 Surround Sound Wireless Headphones, which enables me to have quality Hi-fi anywhere in the house, office and garden - 'the Iceing on the cake' - 5 stars - Many thanks”

“Fantastic service and personal attention. I purchased a Naim Atom headphone amp and Focal Utopia headphones after Jack loaned me both products to try at home - and I was sold! I heard more detail than I've ever heard before on any other system so decided to buy them both but the Naim atom was in short supply so Jack loaned me his unit until my new Atom arrived. “In 2018 I became keen to invest in Hifi equipment. I checked with a few shops around London, then I found The Audiobarn, and judging by how I was treated there I knew that I didn't need to shop anywhere else. Jack was very helpful, positive and reasonable. Consequently, in 2018 I bought from The Audiobarn a Naim Uniti Nova unit and a pair of Kudos Cardea Super 20A, and Jack gave me a good price for the Naim speaker cables as well. The sound quality was fantastic, and I was extremely happy with my purchase from The Audiobarn. Last year, I decided to upgrade my system, so I went back to The Audiobarn for a new pair of speakers, this time the Kudos Titan 606. Again, it proved to be the right decision, as I was offered a good deal for my speakers, so I was able to purchase the new Kudos speakers in good conditions, as I intended to. HiFi equipment is very expensive, so it's really important to buy from a good, reasonable supplier, therefore, buying from The Audiobarn proved to be great for me. I would warmly recommend The Audiobarn to anyone stepping on the high-class audio equipment path, due to the friendliness, reliability, positive approach and support that they always offer. “I recently bought Audiobarn's exdem Naim NAP500DR power amp, together with some new SuperLumina cabling and some Fraim levels/legs. As this purchase made some of my equipment redundant, I asked Audiobarn for a part exchange deal (involving my NAP250DR, some SuperLumina cables and a PowerLine). Jack was extremely patient during the negotiations and equipment ordering and was more than fair with the trade-in deal. Now that the NAP500DR and new cabling have settled in, I am delighted with the superb uplift in sound quality. Combine this with great advice, patience and a good deal I have experienced with Audiobarn, I am absolutely delighted. I would not hesitate to recommend Audiobarn and, I am sure, will be dealing with them again in the future. Keep up the great service!”

“Five gold stars for customer satisfaction of the highest quality. The guys, Andy and Jack really know their stuff too and go that extra distance to deliver on all levels. I’ve made two separate purchases in the last month, one digital, one analogue with Andy providing valuable impartial advice, fitting a new mc cartridge onto my 40+ year old turntable/arm combo. It now sounds better than ever. Highly recommended.”
