“Old fashioned genuine customer care coupled with unfettered expertise. Jack, Ben and Graham tailored their advice to my requirements and patiently held my hand throughout the process over a period of months. As perfectionists, they refused to sign-off on installation until 5 hours had passed. Impressive! And the end product - the quality of the sound system is utterly magical. Do I expect to buy again from The Audiobarn? Yes.”

“Purchased an NDX-PS from Audiobarn; they were very easy to deal with and delivered the power supply to my door. When I had a problem with my ND5 XS streamer, (not purchased from them) they identified the problem and saved me a great deal of money (and embarassment) by sorting out the problem in-house. For this, I am really grateful, and will use them in future if I buy any more Naim equipment.”

“Requested audtion of the Primare SPA25. Upon arrival greeted with cup of coffee and sat back to be immersed in quality of the sound. Great service, polite & friendly. Would definitely recommend The Audio Barn for professional service.”

“Excellent service from the guys at The Audiobarn. I wanted new speakers so Ben arranged for me to come in and audition 4. I had a relaxed couple of hours listening to the speakers which were fed by the same Naim kit as I have at home. I whittled it down to 2 that I liked very much and Ben kindly agreed to bring them to my home (quite a distance away) and set them up for a home audition. I listened to the first pair for a couple of weeks then they brought the second pair that I auditioned for several weeks. One pair really stood out, so I'm now the very happy owner of a pair of Kudos Titan 606 speakers, which of course they installed and setup for me in my lounge. They have an amazing sound and are perfectly matched with my Naim amplification. I am a very happy customer who will be back for more. I highly recommend The Audiobarn.”

“I initially visited the Audiobarn for some advice on an issue I had with my existing setup and was able to have a relaxed and friendly chat with Jack and Ben. They invited me to have a look around the premises and I came away happily with a new Preamp. During my visit and just as I left, I mentioned in passing how much I liked the look of the Rega 50th Anniversery turntable on display. On receipt of the emailed Preamp receipt Jack mentioned that the turntable was only being manufactured until the end of the year. I was back in two weeks to buy the last one available before Christmas, which they set-up for me. I look forward to upgrading other components in the future and can highly recommend a visit.”

“In the last quarter of 2023, I contacted the team at The Audiobarn, intending to put a system together for myself. My preferred speakers were ATC SCM40As. Having purchased a Preamplifier I spoke to the team at The Audiobarn who were more than happy to allow me to demonstrate my Preamp at their premises. A demo was booked - I was left alone to play and listen to music with no pressure to purchase. I subsequently purchased a pair of ATC SCM40As from The Audiobarn, now paired with an LTA Preamp. (The sound is not disappointing.) The team at The Audiobarn offered well-informed opinions with (again) no pressure to purchase. The speakers arrived ahead of schedule and were in perfect condition. The Audiobarn's communication throughout my time dealing with them was clear, respectful and timely. A point I would also like to mention is their knowledge of brands they do not hold, this was proven in our conversation regarding other equipment. It's been a pleasurable experience dealing with Jack, Ben and Graeme. Their opinions would be a good starting point and I would recommend their services with confidence. Sincerely Peter.”

“Friendly unintimidating dealer to visit. I was able to compare equipment at a leisurely pace in very pleasant surroundings. By my calling ahead, Ben had helpfully been able to set up a system I was familiar with so I could evaluate more readily. I enjoyed the sound I was hearing so made a purchase, thank you.”

“The Audiobarn is one of the very few Hi Fi retailers that I would highly recommend. They differentiate themselves from their competitors by not 'selling' products but by providing highly knowledgeable advice, down-to-earth friendly service, and a wide range of excellent brands. I found Jack and the team to be extremely helpful, patient and accommodating. My recent purchase was an AC mains cable from Audionote which really helped improve the performance of my AudioNote Cobra Amp. The Amp itself is one of the best integrated valve amps around (read the numerous reviews) and the cable was a perfect suggestion as to how to squeeze even better performance from the unit.”

“Fabulous, bespoke service, with careful attention to my needs, not the sale: yet again I've been hugely impressed with Jack and the guys as I went about deciding on new speakers. From a very attentive matching of my system and my sound sense in auditioning to the smooth purchasing experience and installing the brilliant ATC50s. These guys are as good as it gets and offer the type of customer experience I would expect from a Saville Row tailor (without the snobbery). I have bought small and high-cost items from Jack, and it's the same every time. Total class.”

“Thanks to Ben and the team at AudioBarn. They helped me to update my system, provided excellent advice and offered great demo sessions and coffee. I had my Linn LP 12 serviced as well, pleasantly surprised by how much work was put into this and the sourcing of alternative items, made the whole process super easy. Now it sounds like new. Will I use AudioBarn again, yes! I'm already planning my next upgrade.”

“I could not rate the Audiobarn more highly; excellent range and customer service is at the forefront of everything they do. Jack could not have been more helpful in steering me around the Naim range for my second visit (ATC speakers first time). He answered all my questions, dumb or otherwise, with clarity from a deep knowledge and there was no pressure. I will definitely return!”

“I found the Audiobarn personnel very helpful and friendly, there was no pushy salesman techniques used here “ quite refreshing”. As an Audiophile I felt that I was treated with respect and was even left to cue up vinyl on a very new and expensive machine.”

“I discovered Audiobarn purely by chance while researching Linn upgrades, and I am very happy that I did. The Jack, Ben and the team are very knowledgeable, and have been able to guide me with my purchasing decision making as well as answer any pre and post sales queries. The venue is quite something, but can be a bit tricky to find if you are not familiar with the area. Once you arrive though, you will be assured with a warm and polite welcome that makes the whole experience a joy.”
