“My first experience with Audiobarn, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Jack provided fantastic service and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Jack gave me a great trade-in deal and communication was excellent. Very happy with my purchase, the Linn Krystal cartridge is fabulous. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Audiobarn again. Highly recommend.”

“I recently contacted the Audiobarn about purchasing a Linn LP12 turntable. My hifi knowledge is limited at best but helped by Jack and Andy, who explained the package and upgrade options. Jack arranged a demo session, which was brilliant. There was no hard sell and I had the opportunity to listen to a number of vinyl albums on multiple turntables. The whole experience was awesome and it allowed me to make an informed decision on a power supply upgrade. I was kept updated on build and delivery leadtimes throughout and Steve provided a great service regarding the installation. To summarise, a great experience and I would strongly recommend Audiobarn”

“I recently purchased a Shunyata HYDRA ALPHA A10 after looking at several other brands of power distributors for similar and a lot less money but after speaking to Jack and a visit I could see then and now hear the difference this unit offers to my system, the term money well spent. “Having purchased previously from The Audiobarn I felt safe in the knowledge that the advice I received from Andy Holt was going to be sound and I was not disappointed. Coupled with the Supercap DR and NAP 250 DR the resulting sound quality is stunning and a huge improvement over my existing system based around a NAC 82, which in itself was no mean performer.”

“Audibarn were excellent - great facilities to listen to a wide range of options, no fuss/hurry in great surroundings. They even lent me a set of equivalent speakers when the lead time on my own new speakers went a little longer than Jack felt was acceptable. The system is sounding spectacular now and I will certainly return to Audiobarn!”

“Jack was very helpful, both in telephone discussions regarding the kit I was interested in and with the demo. Allowed plenty of time with the demo and did not try to push his views or any particular equipment. I was also very pleased with the man he sent to wire up the speakers and get it all working.”

“I can only add to the high praise for Audiobarn. The level of advice and service is beyond anything I’ve experienced anywhere. In September, I contacted Audiobarn about changing some of my hifi cables. Not only did I get great advice on options but Jack Satchfield kindly offered me demo sets to try at home and allowed me to hang on to the cables for a substantial period, at a very reasonable security deposit, so I could do careful comparisons between the options. My email questions were always answered quickly, with very good advice and telephone calls were unhurried and very useful. The was no pressure to buy. I ended up buying a number of cables from the Siltech range and am very pleased with the purchase. Delivery was next day. Audiobarn will be my first point of call and strong preference for all future purchases because of the great service. I can’t praise them highly enough”

They loaned me their demonstration model of the ZENmini Mark 3 for a week, answered all my questions and gave me their unbiased opinions - it was great to deal with friendly people who clearly know their products well. I can thoroughly recommend The Audiobarn to anyone looking for high end equipment.”

“Thanks to Jack's patience and thoughtfulness, I now have a perfect Hi-Fi system. His service is up there with Amazon and Ocado, yet he gives everything his personal touch. I upgraded my system over about 18 months, yet Jack stood by his original PX offer, and even shared a price increase on one of the components. I strongly recommend The Audiobarn as the place to go for Hi-Fi, and I believe that there is no better person than Jack to buy it from!”

“I can't recommend Audiobarn enough. I demoed Stenheim speak theres and instead of sitting with me, I was left to my own devices to listen at my leisure with a strictly no-hard sale approach - exactly what's needed. The knowledge and laid-back approach Jack has is incredible, The Audiobarn will always be my first port of call when shopping for high end hifi. 10/10.”

“I needed professional advise from someone who knows what they’re talking about and I found it with the guys at Audiobarn. This was my first full set up and although it isn’t a lot of money to spend for some people £3500 was a lot for me and boy did they set me up with an amazing sound for that money Rega Elex-R amp, Focal Chora 826 floor standing speakers and Rega P3 Planner turntable … OMG I can’t stop listening to my vinyl now and it’s even got me buying vinyl I never thought I’d listen to just because it sounds so good, Jazz has a new meaning to me now, I can not recommend Audiobarn enough for helpful no obligation advise, nothing is to much for them Thank you guys”

“I first made contact with The Audiobarn in early September with the idea of making tentative inquiries into buying a Felics Euforia 20th Anniversary Headphone Amp having not already saved all the money to buy the Amp. Jack who I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful, he just said if I want to make a small deposit then that would go towards reserving an Amp for when I have the rest saved. Needless to say, a few months later I am the proud owner of the beautiful Felics 20th Anniversary, all thanks to the help of Jack and his team. Next up a pair of Focal Utopia's in March when I've gathered the funds even though Jack very kindly offered me 0% interest credit. Many thanks to all at Audiobarn I will be back in spring for my headphones.”
