“My NAIM system upgrade was a real pleasure thanks to the friendly and professional service from Jack at the Audiobarn. I could listen to several configurations of streamers, amp and speakers and I am convinced I got to my ideal price / quality point with my purchase. Highly recommended.”

“Just a word about the service I recently received from Audiobarn. I was saving up to purchase a dCS Bartok in 2021 when it came to my notice that there was an imminent £1500 price rise from dCS. This would have put it beyond my already stretched finances. I contacted Jack at Audiobarn to express my dismay/disappointment. He was very sympathetic and helpfully managed to source one at the 'old' price even though most other dealers were already advertising at the new inflated figure. With a generous trade in and 0% finance deal I was able to walk away with a new Bartok under my arm without spending a penny! A very happy customer.”

“Excellent service from Jack! He gave me some great advice on selecting the right headphone amplifier for my needs, as well as giving me with the option to do a home demonstration. Once I'd decided to go for it (and not feeling rushed into a decision at all), the process to swap out the demo amp with a brand new amp was simple and all done within a couple of days. The amp is superb and I'm really happy with it, and I have no doubt that Jack would offer me great advice and service in the future. I wrote to Felik's Audio to compliment them on the amp as well as praise the service I recieved and they wrote "We're always delighted to hear about good customer experience and i'm not surprised as Jack is a fantastic guy to deal with". Thanks Jack.”

“I 1st contacted Jack @ Audiobarn during the Covid lockdown to discuss if it was possible to purchase a new TT, Jack went out of his way to quickly provide a number of quotes inc- trade in on my old TTs. Accepting a very attractive package Jack made it very easy albeit safe method to exchange goods! The TT was of course excellent which then led me to replacing my amplifier, again Jack very kindly loaned me the same amplifier I intended purchasing which was fantastic considering how slow shipping had become during the pandemic. I now have my new TT and amp which are amazing but the service received from Jack @ The Audiobarn was absolutely 1st class and this alone will ensure he is my first port of call any time I need equipment?”

“This was the first time I had dealt with Audiobarn and I was very impressed and satisfied. Jack kept me up to date on delivery dates an ensured I knew what the timetable was bearing in mind we were mid pandemic. The equipment is everything I hoped for. It was part of a new system purchased from Audiobarn and the sound is magnificent. Jack advised me as to appropriate wiring and interconnects to ensure the set up went smoothly.”

“I've recently purchased a Naim Nait XS3 from Audiobarn. It is a revelation in sound. With Jack's help it was set up in my home. The service that Jack and Audiobarn give is second to none. This is the second purchase I have made from them the first being a little bit more difficult, did it faze them, not a bit, and I would now be reluctant to go elsewhere. Exceptional Quality service is what you get at Audiobarn, if all you want is to buy a box go else where. You won't get the same advice and help as Audiobarn give.”

“I have used a Hi-Fi outfit in central London but wanted one closer to home. After a speculative visit to their premises Audiobarn engaged straightaway and provided some good, objective input to my upgrade path as well as giving me an opportunity to 'listen before you buy' at home.
