“I recently ordered a pair of Audeze LCD-2 Classic headphones from the Audiobarn. Jack was very helpful and patient in answering my questions over the telephone, and the price was competitive. Jack promised to have them despatched that day and they duly arrived the following day. They sound exactly as I expected and I am very happy with them. A very good experience all round, and I will certainly check-back with Audiobarn when next considering future hi-fi upgrades.”

“So you have read the magazine reviews, checked online forums and sought guidance from enthusiastic experts in hi-fi chains. But what you really then need is someone like Jack. He has a sixth-sense skill of knowing what you want better than you do yourself. Not a hint of hard sell he provides solutions your ears will welcome that your brain may not even have thought about. Being able to try out different equipment at home meant there was no anxiety about how wisely the money was being spent. Exceptional service.”

“My First time with AudioBarn was buying a Naim system, from Audiobarn. I called a few times beforehand and spoke with Jack about trading in my previous system , and making up the difference. Jack with extremely helpful and guided me through the whole process, and made sure I secured my Naim system. In fact the only negative thing I can say about the experience was the journey to actually get to his business, and I'm in central London. But as you have already probably seen from the consistent 5 star reviews he has....Audiobarn is an audio enthusiasts dream hardware shop, and I can't highly recommend them enough.”

“No surprises here, another 5 star review for Jack at the Audiobarn. Initially came to the Audiobarn for some Audio Note speakers to match up to some ageing AN amps. Jack said it would be easier to home demo them, left some credit card details, and had a couple of weeks with some K’s. Subsequently tried some J’s and decided to have those, was able to hold onto the demo pair until mine arrived: eight weeks. Great advice, Great Equipment, No pressure — highly recommend.”

“I first contacted Jack at the Audiobarn when I decided to update my “University” hifi. I had no idea that hifi had moved on so much since 1993. Jack took the time to understand my needs and aspirations, and then used his product knowledge to make some excellent recommendations. He was also very patient with me as a dithering customer, and was able to offer finance to ease the purchase. Jack is a pleasure to know and do business with. The Audiobarn is excellent in all aspects, and thoroughly recommended.”

“After a couple of disappointing trips to other quality HiFi stores it was a breath of fresh air walking into The Audio Barn. The service and advice I received from Jack was genuine and very helpful. The whole purchasing experience was enjoyable and productive. “I was able to listen to two different pairs of speakers that I was interested in. I was left on my own so that I could play different types of music, without any pressure to hurry up. It was completely relaxing, and I was also given a cup of coffee too. I ended up buying one of the pairs, by Neat, and I am very happy with them. I would recommend The Audiobarn”
