“Right from the start of my initial enquiries regarding cartridge change, Audiobarn was quick to reply and advise with no feelings of pressure to buy from. Infact they was the only ones that could be bothered to respond. Got a good deal from them once my decision had been made.”

“Hi so recently my Luxman 550Aii amplifier which is my ninth purchase from the Audio Barn, which had to go back for repair on warranty ,no fault of the Audio Barn but I must say I've been absolutely looked after completely by then. Excellent customer care Obviously they are governed by Luxman UK repair centre and it's taken a while for parts, nevertheless They've been very transparent and supportive, but as we all know Products can go wrong it’s very unusual but it does happen,I'd like to say thank you to Ben at the Audio Barn he's very very easy to talk to and just a great bloke,a knowledgeable HIFI ambassador , so while my amp is away for repair which is a phenomenal amplifier Luxman 550A. The Audio Barn have been kind enough to lend me equipment amplifiers etc which has been great fun 🤩 I would highly recommend a visit to the Audio barn Thay have an amazing establishment, when I was there last I listen to audio note all valve system on demo just amazing.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Keep up the good work gentlemen . I think I've learnt if possible try and demo HIFI in your own environment. Once again thanks to the team at Audio Barn .”

“I purchased a dCS Bartók Apex, and during the process I spoke to Ben, Jack and Graeme on several occasions. They gave me some great advice about the Bartók, including setting it up. I’ve been using The Audiobarn for about ten years now and although we now live in Norwich, they are my first port of call should I need some advice or a new piece of kit. They are very competitive too. They deliver and collect exactly when they say they will. Excellent service!”

“The team at Audiobarn could not have been more helpful in me choosing a new amplifier, streamer and turntable. It took days of auditioning split by a few months before I made my decision, first with the amplifer and streamer and followed, later by a turntable - which they were kind enough to source as it was not one they normally stock. It's the home delivery and set up that I most appreciated and they took time to install the new components and suggested how I could improve the positioning of the speakers. I would be happy to give them my custom again.”

“This is a slightly unusual review in that I've not yet visited the dealership, nor yet met Jack and the team face to face, but have only dealt with them remotely, sometimes by telephone, and sometimes via email. That said, the service and support offered has been first class. I recently purchased a Naim NAC 332 pre-amplifier. My initial contact was to enquire about a traded in model advertised on the Audiobarn website. Unfortunately, this had already been sold, but Jack offered me his ex-demonstration model at an attractive price and a deal was struck. Follow up communcation regarding shipping was very good and the amplifier arrived in perfect condition within the stated delivery slot. I had a query whilst setting up the 332 into my home system regarding the mapping of the inputs and my issue was resolved promptly with one telephone call. The (remote!) service has been excellent, and I would certainly recommend Audiobarn as a friendly and professional hi-fi dealer.”

“I thank Ben for his patience and service. I am an analogue person and enjoyed listening to Audio Note, tube equipment, in the wonderful, dedicated listening room. But to the Audio Note cd player which has proved to be a real winner, in my system, and the nearest thing to records I've heard.”
