“I have had an issue with my motorbike battery for some time and it got to the point where I needed a replacement. The battery is difficult to remove so I took what measurements I could and came to the website. The Battery Guys provided a way to check my make and model along with my registration to check the battery is correct. It directed me to a battery for my Royal Enfield and I bought it. It turns out, the battery is the wrong depth (the one measurement I couldn't get easily) and as such, I now need to return the battery to them, likely at a significant cost to myself. I've tried to contact them via email and webchat but so far there has been no answer after 5 days (one of which was a bank holiday). I'm left with a battery I cannot use, out of pocket, with the likelihood of having to pay for the return too. I would take some responsibility for this error, however there seems to be no point having a registration and make/model check if this is completely inaccurate. Especially considering how difficult it can be to measure a battery that is still in use. No idea if I will finally get an email or chat back advising of the address to send the product back to, but personally I would not recommend using this company again as you will struggle to get assistance and the website is misleading. Very disappointing.”

“The battery arrived within the declared timeframe. It was fully charged at 12.7V level. It is too early to say how long the battery will last but surprisingly Rombat is a good brand well known for quality batteries. Really. So as for today, everything is good. Happy with my purchase.”

“You have sent me the wrong Battery, and it is not charged, was it old stock? Please send the correct Battery- for Grand Voyager 2.8 CRD 2008- should be 74ah 680A The one you sent only had a reading of 9.2 v please send new charged one and we will return by exchange”

“Really poor customer service. Bought 3 batteries, the two leisure batteries arrived ok but the small generator starter battery was just shipped in its box and leaked. Sent an email had two chat conversations but nothing happened so I had to phone them. Not enough had leaked to be or concern was the reply - not the fact corrosive liquid escaped in transit and the batteries life could be shortened. I will use Tayna again in future - much better packing and service and hope there are no issues with the other purchases as it is pretty obvious once they have your money they don't care.”
