Good morning, We are very sorry that you have had this experience, we are certain that your battery was despatched in the box as you would expect. We have checked our stock and everything seems to be in order. We suspect that the battery has been stolen during transit and the box taped up again as if nothing had happened. Should that be the case, the box you received will be packaged differently than how we despatched. As discussed over the phone, could you please email over a photograph of the box as you received it.
