“Extremely user friendly web site facilitating easy access to the correct battery for your car with a range of choices. The quality of the battery purchased was matched by the first rate delivery service. This is an organistaion who do what they say on the tin. What was even more astounding was the value for money in receiving a top class premium grade battery ready to go, no charge needed, at a competitive price. Would certainly recommend this company to anyone seeking cost effectiveness coupled with quality of service.”

“I did not really want to say poor as the interaction by telephone with your staff was very good. The telephone call was to indicate that you could not supply to postcode IV12. The website clearly suggests that you do, but it would take an extra day. I gather that your delivery company recently increased prices prohibitively. I suggest you change your delivery company, as an on-line competitor of yours using Business Post delivered a similar 664 battery within 24 hours at an additional cost of £18.”
