“I ordered a battery for the 2016 Yaris. Delivery was prompt. Packaging was splendid, battery was inside a polythene bag inside a substantial box with plenty of foam protection. All fitted OK apart from the battery was about 1cm lower than the original so I had to fit spacers on the battery strap. All good. Battery seems OK.”

Hi Lawrence, I am sorry you did not have the best experience in dealing with us. Our registration lookup is not always 100% accurate (Neither is anyone else). For this reason we put a notification banner on the webpage that asks our customers to check the sizes and Terminal layout before they purchase the battery. The information we get is from the manufacturer of the vehicle and is correct to the best of our knowledge but does vary depending on what country the vehicle was manufactured in.

“I ordered the correct battery, according to their site. When it arrived, the poles were in the wrong position. The only way to exchange the battery was for me to stump up the cost of return. Not cheap when you dont have an account with a delivery firm.”

“Disappointing: I ordered for Saturday delivery - paying extra for that. Battery arrived the next Tuesday, with no prior response to my enquiry to cancel the order. ...and no offer to refund for the Saturday delivery. Battery arrived poorly packed compared to others I’ve ordered online before - and had clearly moved about the box in transit. More positively - despite all that the battery fits and works fine.”

Hi, I am not sure what time the order was placed on the Friday, if it was after 3pm then the deadline had passed. This means the parcel would have been dispatched on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.

“battery arraived all socing wet looks like water have been leaking out and i get in touch with them they said its fine but when I asked for replacment they ignor me! it dose work but question is for how long and how much water is gone from it and there is no reafill spot!”
