Hi David, I am sorry we delivered this battery earlier than expected and I hope your neighbour was ok with accepting the battery and I will refund the special delivery charge for you. As a company, we always try to do more than that is expected for our customers. Please can I ask you to revise your review as it sounds as if the delivery was made late rather than early? Thanks.

“Without wishing to sound like Craig David, flat battery on Monday, recharged on Tuesday, Flatish again on Wednesday, new battery ordered on Thursday, Delivered on Friday, driving around happily on Saturday and chilled on Sunday. Great service and price.”
