“Payed for guaranteed next day delivery, waited 6 days for the battery, I am aware of the postal strike but 6 days is a joke. Asked for a refund of my £2.50 delivery charge, received £2.00, used their online chat, were not helpful. Used them as it was a better option than big retailers, lesson learnt will go for convenience next time. Very disappointed”
